If leaving 0 stars was an option, that’s exactly what I would leave so in this case I will just leave 1. As a teacher and graduate school student, I highly recommend you seek out another apartment complex outside of summits falls. The noise that is heard in my unit and outside of my unit is absolutely ridiculous. It is an apartment so you should expect some noise, but there is not even the smallest amount of respect given to “quiet hours”. I have reached out to management on numerous occasions and they were always “working on it” with no change what so ever. The last time I reached out

I would never recommend this place. If you think the place is highly priced so it must be quality, you would be wrong. I lived here for 3 years and with new management in the last year the place has gone down the hole. Maintenance requests are ignored, and when they do come in they will leave a mess. Their so called amenities like fitness equipment and fire pits never work. And the office staff is a joke. You will not find more rude staff in the slums. There are fees upon fees on your rent each month and just wait until they nickel and dime you after you move out. I spent over 54,000 in rent over

My daughter and roommates were told to come in on Wednesday to sign papers and get keys. They were not allowed to pay that day because they didn't have their "portal" ready. That Friday tried to move in and note on the door saying they were late paying. Sitting in hallway now with a load of stuff waiting. Really bad first experience. Hope they make it right and soon!!

Stole thousands of dollars. Lost checks with added late charges, stolen security deposit from lackluster move in/out reports. Added fees for everything under the sun. Expect rent to be 150-300 higher than marketed from fees. Poor upkeep in common areas. No parking ever. Cheapest contractors constructed the building, already cracks in a lot of drywall, trim doesn't even sit together. They hide from their problems and turnover in the management office is quite high, so nothing is consistent.

Wasting of my time to call in make appointments to take a look 1 bad room apartment and when I come to the office ask them about it the guy work in the office said he don't have any appointment today and just said come back another day. They don't know that we have to take a day off to come. Bad customer service. Right the first time it make me don't want to move here. Waste time.

Love the Ruby! My apartment overlooked the pool and club house which was beautiful! Vaulted ceilings and kitchen island just make the rooms so spacious. Absolutely loved the service as well! Need a battery in the fire alarm changed? They'll take care of it in 24-hours! Heated pool and landscaping just feels like paradise. Absolutely loved this location! Got my groceries right across the street at sam's club. Quietly located on the outskirts of town was exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Summit Falls!
