Horrible food. All came out cold, management would not fix or address the issues. Drink menu drinks had half the ingredients missing. Literally worst excuse for a steakhouse i have ever seen. Do us all a favor and shut this dump down.

Server was rude returned my undercooked ribeye To be cooked longer. appeared as if he just let it sit and brought it back to the table. Asked for him to take it back and remove it from our bill, he did. My bill was 65.81 after he removed my meal. Checked my credit card account and he charged my account 78.97 .I asked him to speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager we left I will never be back and I will never recommend this place to anyone Crooks!

Walked in at 5 on a Saturday and were seated relatively quickly. Waited for a server for 15minutes and watched multiple parties be sat and greeted before I finally had to go ask a hostess for someone to help us. My husband asked what scotches and whiskeys they had (there was no menu listing) and the waiter replied "Well, pretty much everything. What do you want?". My husband then says Maker's Mark and our waiter says "Uhhh that one doesn't sound familiar, but I'm not a drinker so I'm not sure. What else would you prefer?". The whole conversation just was

I was totally disappointed in this dining experience. My steak was possibly one of the poorest excuses for a ribeye, ever. Even the attempt to cover it up with over-garlicky mushrooms couldn't make it better. I will not return unless this is the only place to eat in Cripple Creek and I am starving.

Better than expected on initially walking in. Made a joke that we were rolling the dice with the restaurant and not the casino. Service was really slow and they were NOT busy. The kind of not busy that makes you wonder if you should turn and run. The food came out pretty quickly so it wasn't the kitchen but there very well may have only been one waitress, who was just kind of uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price but not as bad as I would have guessed when we walked in.

Food was way over priced, my filet mignon was very small for the price but was good and tender, service was mediocre, had to ask the waitress several times for sugar for my iced tea. My biggest complaint is I have never been to a steak house that didn't offer soup or salad with a high end entree, well you won't get one here, the best part of the meal was the hot bread they bring you, my advice is for the money go to the steak house in Bronco Billy's, they both require a reservation.

Excellent, Jacob was great barkeep and server. Lamb T bone was outstanding and highly recommended. Shrimp and scallops pasta was very but not as highly recommended. Prices are reasonable for food and wine, floor/table staff were maybe a bit challenged perhaps by someone calling in sick.

We went back here during the most recent ice festival. The original review is below. Pretty much how I remember the last time. However have to say that the fillet mignon Oscar and the strip steak with blue cheese we're pretty good. One thing that hasn't changed is though you're ordering a high $30 meal but you get plastic ramekins. Just doesn't seem to make sense :-). The waitress was absolutely sweet and attentive.

Big group of friends last night at Winfields. Not the best steak house nor the worst. Most of our party seemed happy with the food and service

It may be a higher review if I could buy into the whole casual elegance theory. The food was absolutely great. The menu could use some work, need to have a little more to offer. In theme with the Double Eagle hotel and casino, the customer service is the biggest issue. Staff was not very friendly or knowledgeable. Admittedly, our server Brittany said she had only been there a month, but this must've been her first serving job also. Right away she greets us with "Do you want to order an alcoholic beverage?" But then she has no idea what the offerings are? Anytime we ask for something

My wife and I stayed at the Double Eagle, and we made reservations, not really necessary. We both had the surf and turf, which included filet mignon and lobster. Best steak I had in a long time. Host and staff very courteous. Highly recommend this place

Me and my family ate there and fist impressions were ok until we got our food, i ordered the seafood pasta which is 19$ my husband ordered the lamb with mushroom rice 26$, my food was extremely under seasoned and tasted like cheap wine and the shrimp and scallops were super tiny. I get more food cheaper and better at a chain restaurants. My husbands food was the opposite super salty even though they said they don't put salt in their lamb .it was very under cooked almost rare and super chewy. The only thing that tasted decent was the free bread and appetizer. We tried to voice our concerns

My husband and I made reservations during our stay at The Double Eagle Hotel and Casino for our special anniversary dinner. The reservations were at 6 pm but since we had eaten a late breakfast we skipped lunch and were starving by 5 pm. We went down to see if they could get us in early and luck was on our side as we were seated immediately. We ordered shrimp cocktail for an appetizer and it was very good. You also start with homemade bread that was to die for. My husband ordered the surf and turf and it was amazing. I was a little jealous after I tasted his filet. I ordered the special

What a wonderful surprise! The food and service at this restaurant were terrific and would visit again! Setting was a little sparse and dark, but everything we ordered was prepared to our order and was delicious!
