We had moved to Willow Shores in 1987.lol After my mother burnt down our kitchen cooking french fries. We stayed there throughout the remodel and I remember having really fond memories of the community. We would skateboard all around the area all the way to the river. I'm honestly shocked to find it on here after 34 years and from the reviews it hasn't changed much. Pool is exactly how I remembered it..

I lived in this complex for 4 years. Apartments are so nice and full of natural light :) Also the management team was so accommodating and flexible. Especially We are on visa and many times It happen that we were not sure of extending the lease. But they always understood our situation and were so flexible with us. Also if we had any maintenance issue , we got some solution very quickly. Thank you Korman team you are best! Best management team of my 10 years journey in US! Thank you again for everything. You made our stay so pleasant and light ! You guys Rock! Stay blessed:)

My wife and I moved in in July 2018 when our condo burned down, The rebuild has been delayed time and time again, and I keep extending our stay. Korman Willow Shores has been the one bright spot in all this. April, Doreen, Deserie, and Wendy have gone out their way to accommodate us. I'm sure most apartment managers would have evicted/jacked up our rent due to the constantly changing lease ending dates. I am so happy that I found Willow Shores. I was able to move in immediately because someone else needed to get out of their lease and ever since Deserie showed us around, it's been nothing but a

I fully enjoyed my stay at Korman. The service was pure EXCELLENCE all around from the office staff to the maintenance department,
and you can tell by the upkeep of the property and how happy the residents are.Everytime I communicated with the staff it was always very kind and professional. They made my transition from TX very smooth, I'm so glad I found this location.

It is great being back in a two story building again. The units are very spacious, and up-to-date. The kitchen seems to have been very recently upgraded, and the bathroom has kind of a hotel feel with real tile flooring and a large shower, no bumping into walls as you clean yourself up. In the time we've been here the only thing we hear from the neighbors is them using their stairs, we have not heard conversations or appliances in other neighboring units. Even with our unit by the pool, the property is peaceful, quite, and private. The property has accessible sidewalks making safe places to walk

I have been living here for a little over a month now and I have no complaints. Whenever I have an inconvenience IF any I reach out to the office and they provide an answer ASAP. The apartment is super spacious and very cozy. This is my first time living in an apartment complex and I am impressed. Nice amenities for kids and family. Great place to live!
