Initial visit for information and walkthrough of model apartment/home: we had a pleasant experience. Kim was very upfront, informative and easy to talk to, which I appreciate. The area is quiet (we drove around at a few different times before deciding to apply) and the neighbors that I have seen are very pleasant.
Application and move in process: It went very smoothly for us and the townhome was in great condition. I personally went through the checklist and found no major issues to worry about!
Management office/Maintenance staff: Everyone has been great! They have been extremely friendly and

Lived here for little over a year and it was the worse experience ever. I’ve lived in apartments before but this personal experience was unpleasant. First off there were 3 vehicle break-ins since we moved in. I’ve had multiple issues with my water bill doubling but nothing was ever found. I was given a credit and was told the prices have increased (understandable) but when everything was staying the same my water bill would just double. This has happened 3 more times with no resolution.

These apartment walls are super thin. You can hear everything that goes on. For example, I was able to hear my next door neighbor vacuum early in the morning which I personally don’t mind just goes to show how thin these walls are. Residents living behind our apartment would play super loud music i could clearly understand the words of the music. I would make sure not to wash laundry at a very late time. We’ve had multiple issues with noise complaints from my downstairs neighbor stating we were to loud but the floor is hardwood floor so there was only so much i could possibly do. We did not

If you’re military and you’re thinking of doing the right thing by informing your landlord of your intent to vacate when you receive your orders, don’t. DO NOT notify management. Break your lease a month out with orders or they will charge you $500 more per month. I’ve lived here for three years, and they’re doing me like this on the way out. Good riddance.

My two year stay at The Avery was a great experience for me in all areas up until it was time to move out where they charged for every single little minor thing. Granted I did mount two televisions which I understand charging for something like that but it seemed way too overboard for them to be mentioning holes from pictures being hung on the walls and loose toilet paper holders . The overall condition of the unit was left in great shape in my opinion and they seemed very money hungry like they just didn't want to return the deposit. Beside that I had no complaints about the Avery and I enjoyed

The Avery Townhomes of Willingboro, NJ are very nice luxury apartments and Townhomes. Kim is nice but you can tell her abd Karen don't get along. All the resudents hate Karen because of her nasty repore and attitude when she speaks with everyone. Karen shouldn't ever be allowed to .manage any apartments. When you move notify them in advance at least 30-60 days, but karen will still try and charge you the entire month for water. She is a liar, unprofessional un kind nasty attitude person. No military Soldier should rent from her.

I've been living here for almost two years and the maintenance crew is on top of all issues. The grounds and shrubs are well kept, snow removal is on point, the gym is well kept and clean with hand and machine sanitizer. Whenever there's an issue with unruly tenants they act and will evict if rules are not followed. The pool is clean and there're plenty of chairs with umbrellas for shade. However some tenants are lazy and don't put the trash and recyclables in the proper bins and just lay them on the ground or place their trash on the edge of the trash compactors. Hopefully
