I am living in A9 for over 6 years. This area is very quiet. There is a lot of supermarkets nearby including Bell's market, Target, Walmart, Giants and so far. It is very convenient if you want to go to Penn Pack Park and downtown. You can even take bus - 58. In the snowy day, the leasing office cleans the driveway very quickly. Recently they changed the air conditioning. It will help us save energy and money. Rachel is very friendly and helpful. If you have any issues, just call leasing office. They will send people to your apartment to fix the problem. The people from leasing office are also

After 40 plus years of owning a home, was not sure about apartment living. Park Place One Apartments changed that thought. The management team is so helpful and always a telephone call away. Rachel, Sara, Boris and Kevin (plus others) that have always been very thoughtful and helpful. The location is the best. Everything is so close, (food stores, restaurant, movies, transportation). Best is Pennypack Park in right across the street, beautiful walking/biking path. You are always informed though email, text, letters at door of any changes or maintenance issues.

I cannot wait to get back to my beautiful complex that I used to live in. I moved out because I got a job offer out of state. I had a washer and a dryer, a beautiful balcony to sit on, a central air and heating system, and lovely neighbors. I love to jog in the Penny pack park across the street. I really felt at home, so I am returning.

It was love at first sight when I went to see Park Place One Apartments. It is well laid out, and very quiet, no city noise at all! The floorplan is optimal, with lots of closet space. The concrete construction insures that sound from the other residents is minimal. But what sealed the deal was Rachael in the office. She has a personal touch with how she gets things done and it's always ASAP! I spoke with a few of the other tenants and one was an 8 year resident who loves it there. My wife and I moved to Park Place One Apartments (2 bedroom unit) after selling our home. It was a hard decision to make, but am I glad we made it! We searched long for a suitable substitute and, finally, chose Park Place One.
After living here for 6 months, we are excited to share our positive opinion about our choice.

Park Place One is the best place to live in the Northeast Area. Before I moved in I would often walk by and notice how clean and nice the area was. The apartments are huge, you have your own washer and dryer, and if anything is needed, Rachel is there to help and Boris (maintenance man) is there the very day. Rachel is truly the heart of Park Place One and knows each and every one of her tenants and once you're a tenant of Park Place One you'll always be thought of even after you leave. I'm having a great experience staying in Park Place one Apartments . The location is very convenient and I'm always warmly greeted by the stuff. Maintenance is very professional and swift. No matter when you call, they'll be there within 15 minutes. I'm extremely happy because price is affordable. I have my own laundry room, and parking space.I also have pool outside, and very nice view from my balcony. It's very clean and cozy. very close to shopping plaza, and very close to bus stop. I've been enjoying this amazing place for 5 years. I would definitely recommend Park Place one Apartments.

We moved into this apartment in February 2019. We were introduced to this place by Rachel. Rachel was very helpful and she showed us around in a very efficient and friendly manner. She was able to answer all our questions and clear whatever doubts we had.
When we decided to move in, the entire apartment was renovated. The carpets were changed, the kitchen counters were improved and the whole experience of moving in was very pleasant. Very nice location in front of the park, very beautifully done lawns and trees. The stuff is always helpful, friendly and responsive, any requests are immediately taken care of. I would like to thank Rachel from the Park Place office, Sarah from the Main Office and Boris, the King of maintenance :) We are very happy to live here. 4 years ago, we moved here from Hong Kong. The staff in the office is very nice and helps us a lot. This place is quiet and safe. Neighborhood are nice. They have installed a lots of camera so you never need to worry about your safety. The bus stop is important for us before we have drivers licenses. Now our daughter will go to college so we have to move to another city. We are going to miss this lovely place very much. Definitely recommend this place!
