So, our oven went out on a Saturday night about 9:30PM. I sent an email direct from my computer for repair. I can't imagine a better team to handle your real estate needs.
I used Cassie and Adi (now The Mor Group) services twice: buying my Las Vegas home in 2005 and selling it in 2021.
There were multiple significant complexities surrounding the selling process of my property, which were handled by the Mor Group from beginning to the end in the most professional and timely manner:
1) I do not live in Las Vegas and couldn't physically be there. The entire transaction was done remotely!
2) My tenant (whom I know well) had to be evicted but the tenant kept living in a car on my property driveway

My wife and I bought our house with The Mor Group and sold the same house with Adi and Cassie. Buying and selling a house is extremely stressful to say the least. Adi and Cassie were superb from start to finish! Adi got us a lot more than we anticipated for our place even in a hot market. This is absolutely an amazing group. They did wonderful job for my rental property. U don’t have to worry about anything. It is very important that they did good job finding me a good tenant. I found the Mor Group strictly through great reviews on here and google. Now that I'm not living in Las Vegas, I was worried about who would take care of my house and the renters with me being so far away.
Everyone I've dealt with in this company has been polite and quick to respond. They helped me with repairs, a deep cleaning and taking tons of pictures of the house.

The Mor Group Rocks with excellent service and I'm glad they're in my universe. I've got a Vegas home that needs occasional love, especially when I can't be present. The Mor Group manages three properties for us, and have been great to work with. They truly care, and do their best to be responsible to both to ourselves and our tenants. They are one of very property management companies that I can recommend.

Coming off of a bad experience with another company, her team was truly a pleasure to work with. They are the worst managers ever!!! They make tenants open the door for at least 3 contractors to give estimates. The worst was 15 estimates over a 2 month span because the previous contractor messed up. Then they talk the lowest estimate down. I have never seen contractors put such low priority on doing a good job...they do the quality of work that they are getting paid for. On several occasions contractors did not show, were 5 hours late, and one left his tool box behind (and never came back).
