Yes, pets must be under 75 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed. Please call our Leasing Office or visit the Resident Portal to submit your request online!
We make sure our residents are taken care of by having an on-site and on-call maintenance, beach entry lagoon pool with underwater speakers, lap pool, indoor pool, 24 hour fitness center, concierge service, and gated access. Conveniently located on premises are Dry Cleaning services, package receiving, and freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee at our Resident Services Desk where are team is ready to assist you.

Proof of Renters Insurance Corona Pointe Resort must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage.
