Honestly, this complex looks decent but it isn’t worth it. The rent is far too high for the offerings. Maintenance is generally quite friendly and pretty quick in getting to requests, which I definitely appreciate. I don’t really have complaints about management, either, though I did like old management more because they actually responded to emails. My biggest complaint, aside from the overpriced rent, is the fact that parking is such an issue nowadays. Complete disregard of people, not a care in the world. disrespectful to people that have been loyal and paid on time always. so decided to move into bigger one and was given an apartment filled with roached! complete bullcrap! The management is useless!

My roommates are being put in collections because supposedly they did not turn in the keys when the keys were left in the office mailbox. I 100 do not recommend.

Don’t move here. There’s always some issues going on with the water system and the electric wirings. Our breaker keeps on flipping off, so we couldn’t use our microwave for 3 weeks straight. The management isn’t as helpful either.
Update: Half of our apartment unit lost power yesterday. I called for emergency maintenance. This is what they said, “if your fridge is on then it’s not really an emergency. We’ll come to check tomorrow.” Nobody showed up today. This might be a blown fuse or something, and they didn’t even come to check if there’s any fire hazard or anything. Unbelievable

Love this complex! Move in was super easy and Cassie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Had a maintenance issue and maintenance was super quick to come and fix it.

Horrible customer service. They completely trashed my apartment by getting a plumber to dig a deep hole that stayed unfilled for a good 2 weeks. No one on the property has offered to clean my apartments or anything. I’m still having to pay rent and they won’t give me my deposit back. Have to move in two weeks.

Disgusting place to live with kids and family. If you have no standards then this place is perfect for you. If I could give negative stars I would. From pest control to simple communication skills this community lacks it all!!

AMAZING apartments! The management is super helpful and easy to get a hold of. Laura is the best, and so kind. We have lived here almost a year and have had no issues whatsoever. Very clean, nice neighbors, and excellent area near a lot of things. Can’t recommend enough!

I used to like these apartments so much but now not so much. There’s always something going on. We were without water for 4 days. We finally got water back yesterday but no hot water. Water was cut off this morning again. There is always something and they take long to fix it. I like the office staff and maintenance people. I only wish they has a straight answer when we ask them about an issue. It upsets me because I have a one month old and She is my priority and she deserves the best living conditions.

Love this place. We have lived here 4 years or a little over. When I need maintenance most of the time they are there the same day if not then the next. Laura is always so helpful and always smiling even if she may be stressed. She’s always upfront in the most professional way since we’ve lived here and I can’t say how much she has helped us. The other people who work in the office usually are too but Laura has been there for us since we moved in!
