I have to say Dana is the most wonderful person you can have as a landlord. She was there for us when we lost my dad in January and she gets done what needs to be done gets done. She is one you do not want to lose. Thank you for finding such a wonderful and out going person.

Jody leverenz is a wonderful landlord. She can take a negative situation & make it positive attitude. I have live here almost 5 years & starting to see some turn around with stricter rules... Go Jody you deserve this more than anyone I know.

Just signed my third year lease and have seen so many positive changes and don't plan on leaving. Jody is a great landlord who always puts her tents first and goes out of her job duties to make sure everyone is happy safe and have what they need or will give u the resources to get the help. Jody is one amazing lady for taking care of two buildings with out any help she is one person but works as three. She should get three times the pay!!
