Great complex in a great location. Very responsive to everyone living here about any small issues that pop up. Everything has gone smooth from move in, all the way through moving into a different space in the same complex. Chat with Mia, she's great and will take care of all the questions you may have.
Awesome staff and maintenance, amenities are far better than any other complex in Liberty Lake, as are quality of residents. Yes likely the most expensive spot in Liberty Lake but well worth it, the units are well built and have high quality appliances and flooring etc, love this place! Girlfriend and I landed at Legacy Villas when our previous landlord sold the property from under us and we had to find housing very quickly.

Beautiful and safe place to live! We have lived here for 2.5 years and we really enjoy it. We spend our time in the summers at the pool and it feels like we are on vacation. There are so many wonderful amenities and honestly it is the nicest apartment we have ever lived at. The gym is nice and has everything you need with key card access so they really make sure that safety is a priority. The events they host in the clubhouse are fun and so thoughtful!

I lived here for almost 2 years, the only reason I moved was because I bought a house. Even owning a home I still miss my apartment at Legacy Villas. The rates were good for a very well kept apartment community in Liberty Lake. The Staff was amazing, the maintenance team was always very nice, helpful, and quick to respond to calls. They kept the common areas very clean and orderly. They give you replacement filters for your air systems regularly to keep the air in the units clean.
As far as the units themselves, i have never lived in a home as nice as these. Quartz countertops, hunt wood cabinets
