While our journey here at Aspen started out wonderful and Angelica was excellent at getting us taken care of, lease signed immediately and a quick move in date as we had no where else to go, it's been 6 months now. A lot was sold while delivering very little.
We were told that the buildings and walkways would be pressure washed at the begging of spring as many of the walk paths out of apartments looks like that leading from the back door of a fast food joint.
Kids run around the complex littering the grounds with garbage, food, sidewalk chalk and otherwise with no accountability for parents or

The staff has always been very helpful even before becoming a resident. The virtual tour was helpful due to the pandemic. And the property application is very useful for scheduling maintenance and rent payments.
The property is well maintained, and the floor plans are very spacious. The mixture of hardwood and carpeted space is placed perfectly. The best thing is how quiet they are. Makes it easy to be on a different schedule than the rest of the world.

I moved here about a month ago. There were some issues at move-in, but once the staff were notified, they worked quickly to resolve the problems, and then proceeded to go above and beyond for me and my family. I am so grateful for that, and the outpouring of kindness was unexpected and will not be forgotten. Thank you Anjelica and Davon!
In addition, I really like the apartment. There is a bunch of storage space, particularly in the kitchen. It has a full-sized kitchen island, and there was still room for my dining table. The bedrooms are a good size, and the mix of laminate flooring and carpet

I've lived here for over a year now and I am very pleased with the entire staff I have worked with! Sonni has gone above and beyond in situations that were more than frustrating all around! She's willing to help with anything she can and does so with a positive and friendly attitude. Maintenance is great, they're quick to resolve any issues efficiently, and the office girls are always warm and friendly!!

You have to know that this is NOT a property that you should choose. I lived at this location for about 2 and a half years. Had to submit multiple noise complaints which the manager named Sonni, treated that it was my problem. Eventually they attempted to fix the issue after conceding that it was an issue. The problem was never fixed.
If I were to stay at this property, my rent would have been raised to over $1200 a month. When I left, they listed the exact unit for just over $900. That is a $300 difference!

**UPDATE** So its been 12 months living here and I still love it. Sonni and Lexi in the office are amazing and super fast to answer any questions. The apartments are relatively quiet and i've had no isses with parking or noise, unlike some of the other places i've lived. I think it's a great apartment complex that has fantastic staff in place who really do care about the tenants! I signed to stay again for another term!
