Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
We have lived here for two years and are always surprised with the maintenance staff. They come quick, explain the solution, and make sure all your concerns are addressed. Jailyn helped us with multiple things (nothing wrong with apartment!!) and we couldn’t be more grateful for her help!!

Adam was very helpful. We ended up not applying because it was out of our price range but he directed us to one of the sister apartment buildings that we could afford. We applied and got accepted in the same day that he sent us there. This process has been extremely stressful and Adam was a huge help when almost no one else was.

Living at Bella Tess is like resort living.The amenities are great from the fire pit to the BBQs and delightful pool. I still need to utilize the gym that we are fortunet to have access to. The staff in the office and maintenance keep the property running smoothly. It has been a wonderful experience living at Bella Tess! We wouldn't want to live any where else!

Nice apartments with a great location. Here's my list of pros and cons.
Pros:
-The location is convenient.
-The staff is friendly.
-There is good free coffee in the office.
-The old buildings have central AC and heating.
-Energy efficient.
-Big windows are low so are nice for kids.
-When issues come up, staff are pretty quick to get an and fix the issue.
-Complex has really fun seasonal events.
Cons:
-Bigger packages tend to get sent to the post office instead of being delivered to your front door.
-Guests without a pass may get towed.
-Had to purchase and install our own shower rods

Bella Tess is home for us! We have lived here for 3 years. It is like a resort with the beautifully kept grounds, clubhouse, fire pit and pool! We have a view from our patio of the pool and lovely grounds. Their hardworking employee Michael can be found working all over the grounds! He always has a smile for us! Jake manages a great maintenance crew who respond promptly to requests.
It’s a little bit noisy outside but they are expanding across the street. We haven’t any issues with noise from neighbors. We are seniors and enjoy our life here at Bella Tess.

We love our new apartment! Friendly staff, well designed unit, close to many shops/activities, and clean environment. Adam and Katrina helped us with paperwork and move-in process. They were very nice and patient. We had a pleasure of interacting with Mason and Tess who were very nice to us, too! We enjoy living here and highly recommend checking it out!

The woman that works in maintenance did an amazing job on fixing our sink and doing our annual inspection! She was very friendly during both experiences. The sink repair was super quick and she kindly explained everything during the repair. During our inspection, she was very nice to talk to and made it quick and easy. She is great at her job and has amazing customer service! Thank you so much!

The maintenance team is awesome. Had a leak that randomly showed up one morning as I was headed out the door. I put down some paper towels, put in a work order request, and went on my way. Came back to my apartment 2 hours later, and the maintenance team had already been there, fixed the problem, and cleaned up all the paper towels I had put down to control the leak. The maintenance team is always super responsive to any concerns that arise. Truly impressed with them.
