I’ve been living here for a little over a year and can confirm everything negative is true, they have horrible lint issues due to their poor or lacking ventilation system the maintenance took 6 months to finally decide after numerous times of coming up and “ fixing it” to call in a vent specialist to have it cleaned out. Here we are months later and the lint as built up again so we are dealing with the same issue it creates layers of dust within a week all while breathing it in. During that time they cut a hole in the storage unit ceiling as part of their process investigate the issue, which

Just a really excellent place to stay in Spokane Valley, Washington. We felt very lucky to stay there. Absolutely beautiful apartment in a sensational location. The beds were especially comfortable and the apartment was beautifully set out and decorated. We used the pools and the gym. The staff was top class, humble kind, professional and always relax.

I had a great experience with the Oakwood Club Apartment. The location was fantastic close to restaurants, shopping, schools, and work. The Staff here is great and the maintenance crew promptly takes care of all issues and makes life carefree. So amazing community. Also, parking was good and not tight. I recommend this community.

Large apartment, very clean and comfortable. Oakwood Club Apartments is relatively near to so many shops, restaurants and schools. The pool area was a nice surprise. The staff in these apartments are fantastic. They are very friendly and always helpful. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Would definitely recommend these apartments as we found them great value for money.

We stayed here end of July start of August. The Apartments is an excellent location convenient to all parks and attractions.This was by far the best vacation home I have ever stayed in. It was huge, cozy and spotless - everything that you look for in a vacation home. It was perfect. The street was quiet and well taken care of.The Apartments is very spacious with plenty of storage and excellent facilities all that you would need. The pool is get for those long days at the parks.This house was clean, nicely decorated, and offered a warm, cozy place to hang out on days we needed some down time. The
