All the above checked off says it all. 5 Stars 4 good values about this complex & management! Amber is ALWAYS very helpful & ALWAYS responsive. She has helped me with a lot and is very professional about it. Maintenance always works hard to get their job done to leave you satisfied. Quite complex, ive never had any issues other than a few minor ones. In other words you will be happy here!

Best renting experience I've had. (1.5 years here) Professional and friendly employees for management and maintenance. I've never had to wait more than 2 days, usually less, for any maintenance service. Impressed with how clean it is outside. The litter (from tenants:c ) and leaves are always taken care quickly. Good location too.

Amber was very professional with me when I called looking for a temporary living situation while our home is being completed. Although she didn’t have anything that would work for our family situation she gave us some other ideas and avenues we could try. You don’t see many people who are willing to go beyond their typical duties. Thank you Amber!

Apartments are great. Manager is awesome outside grounds keeper staff was kind. Not the fondest of corporate and maintenance inside the home was never polite. I have a incident there and corporate didn't speak to me once, its Douglas properties. Good location and tenants though. Pool is well maintained and club house is as well.
