I will barely have a month living in the condominium The Vue apartments in Sacramento, honestly nothing pleasant the experience, since I have rent apartments here in the USA the first time that its horrible the experience they have a condo that is not bad account with a very good location but lack of management and without any affection it cannot be possible that all the areas of it are not clean everything is a disaster the lack of lighting in the corridors and the parking lot is fatal, they do not have security the damaged gates The gym in terrible condition they never clean it so much so today

Everything is breaking down. Only 3 months here and I got to know the maintenance guy. The apartment is sinking or something. Lights dont work! Kitchen is sinking!! OMG utilities, theres people washing cars here. There is zero security!! I just found a Cockroach I heard it come in here because of the weather

I’ve lived here at The Vue for 3 years and this is BY FAR the best management team we’ve had. The management team is responsive, maintenance requests get taken care of, and the community is the cleanest it’s been. They’ve managed to get our gym up and running, have updated our mailboxes to a more secure set, and setup a FOB system for pool/gym/laundry rooms. They also got Envoy on-site so you can rent an electric car for mins at a time. They share coupon codes so you get some money off your rental. So, the neighbors are not the best. People don’t clean up after themselves. And sometimes

Cute place to live. I lived in an upstairs 1 bedroom, facing the back of Belair. I have cats so I loved that there's vinyl plank throughout the unit. Also, ample cabinet space in the kitchen and lots of natural sunlight too. Maintenance staff was always fast, helpful, and efficient. The office staff is awesome. They were always so attentive and understanding whenever I contacted them. The community is close to food, shopping, outdoor activities (sac river, bike trails, etc.), and close to freeway access. Honestly I can not wait to leave here, do not trust your car being parked out the apartment parking lot, it will get broken into and even parts stolen, I had lived here not even for a full 3 months and my car got broken into and even by Catylac. I was pregnant and was about to be due, mind a fact that was a brand new car I had it for only about a month, I’m upset. Also now is October and My air conditioner filter has not been replaced since I reported in June which was summer, my 2 babies n I lived in the heat. We reported many times but no responses. I DONT RECOMMEND THE VUE APARTMENTS SAVE

The new management is the worst! The laundry sites are becoming the favorite spot for the teens to smoke weed! They also eat food and leave the leftovers all around the floor! The community looks abandoned! And now it is impossible to go to the leasing office on Saturdays!! Unfortunately for me, Saturdays are the only days I can pass by the leasing office to take care of whatever questions or concerns or to refill my laundry card; but it is obvious that the staff takes this particular day as their hang out day! If I could I would give them 0 stars! I had water leakage in my apartment in May. It took them 2 weeks to fix it! It still leaks just not as bad. It hasn't rained so there's that.. no leaks for now... I'm pretty sure the leak isn't fixed. Then mold had developed in the corner where the leak was happening. The manager acted like she didn't know anything. What a ditz. I'm a disabled veteran with an autoimmune disease, I caught a cold. They don't give a damn about the tenants. I've also had my car window broken into. I see alot of vehicles with car windows broken into. This place is terrible!!!! Save

The worst apartment I've ever lived in.
I was there for 6 months. The place was not cleaned when we got the keys, a maintenance guy was still there doing touch ups the day we schedule to move in.
Amenities are poorly maintained. The overhang over the parking lot broke once, the entrance gate broke multiple times during the 6 months. Our dishwasher wasnt running and it took 3 separate visits and 2 floods in the kitchen to get it fixed. Our AC was dripping a ton of water while running. We sent in multiple requests over 2 months and it never got fixed.
