Tenants need to qualify based on household income - adjusted for their household size - at the time of their initial lease. Income is defined as the gross amount of income anticipated to be received by all members of the household, with some exceptions, during the twelve (12) month period following the certification.

SCAM! My apartment would flood every rain storm and then when I did leave I received a bill for paint and carpet they said I smoked in the apartment which was a lie I have asthma. BEWARE

I know that the Golden Hills apartments or government Apartments but I feel that the maintenance man should do a better job on making sure things are fixed in the apartments

I applied to this apartment, was approved, then the compliance department did not approve me to move in due to I work overtime. They said I make to much. But I am low income. I do not recommend this apartment.

Management is spotty, they don't maintain the yards, nothing but drama. Only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because it's cheap.

It's not low income as they say it is and I can't never get anything fixed I've been here almost 3 years and still waiting for work to be done to this apartment that has been broken since we moved here

You get what you pay for. Loud neighbors with kids who have no boundaries or respect for other people or their property. Not enough parking. Fights and screaming through paper thin walls. No one seems to work in the office...or I guess they make their own hours. It seems pretty well maintained, but that's about all I can think of as a pro to this place.

By far the worst apartments ever!! When you apply it’s supposed to be for low income families but really it’s not. Only the top part is low income so u are paying $750 a month. Not to mention nosey neighbors, loud partying on weekends, and fights. I do not recommend at all
