Resource recently sold my home! I had an incredible experience working with them. Something I really liked is that they took the time to explain what was going on. In previous experience it was "sign the dotted line."
With Resource they want you to be informed every step of the way. They made selling my home a breeze!

My agent worked with me for five months until I found the perfect home for myself. She listened to my needs and was very patient. Resource property Management has poor management and the employees attitudes from the receptionist to the owner is poor and disgusting.
I wouldn’t recommend leasing a property from them. They do not care about fixing anything in a timely and fashionable manner.
If I could give them 0 starts that would be great.
Update: Thank you for your quick and timely response. Unfortunately, you must have mistaken me for another resident. Your company's inaccurate information and unprofessional response is a prime example.

I’m gonna share some experiences that happened while I lived at at property managed by Resource Property Management.
1) When we moved in, we started to see some small bugs crawling on the walls of the house. After an inspection (that we had to pay for) we found out they were bed bugs which proved that Resource did not have the house inspected before we moved in. It was a nightmare. We had to remove nearly all our belongings out of the house for extermination and wash everything in the house multiple times and live in fear that the bugs were still there.

When u sign the lease, REALIZE u are signing that u will not get 200$ back from your deposit
Part of that money is used to clean the carpets prior to a new tenant moving in. Makes zero sense to me that I would pay part of the cleaning from the people that lived there before me. Also, I was promised that they would put gravel where it floods in the front yard. There is no dishwasher or gutters in rentals. I was lied to time and time again. This was THE WORST experience I’ve ever had in my life. How Leslie White manages 800 properties is beyond me. Most are mobile homes and she could careless

For the past decade, I have been extremely satisfied as a Resource customer/tenant. Friendly, responsive and fair, Resource's staff and ownership are truly top notch. I've rented various properties in multiple states and cities over the past 20+ years, but renting from Resource has by far been the best experience I've ever had. When there is a problem/fix needed, which is rare, they are quick to send someone out for a repair. I can't recommend the RPM team enough!

Resource Property Management Group is a great rental company. 24 Place is a quiet and nice neighborhood. Location is central for Gainesville and a stones throw from the downtown life. They are also very responsive with work orders and maintenance. I would definitely recommend this company!
