Price is really good in my opinion, they keep the rooms inside clean before move in. Complex is generally quiet and maintenance requests get done in a timely manner. Management is SUPER understanding about payments.
The only thing that I have a complaint about is the upkeep of the buildings on the outside. There’s constantly trash not picked up by the trash collectors, stains and spills, which not only bring roaches, but ants, too. Tons of wasps nests in front doors and patios. I can only spray so much raid!
It might just be the building I’m in, but the neighbors are constantly leaving old

There is plenty of space to walk my dog Tiny. I really enjoy the nature view from my balcony and the quietness. The staff are friendly and kind. I'm still waiting on maintenance to see how long and their quality of work.
I really enjoyed my time at Town Creek. All of the staff were wonderful and friendly. If you need a great place to live this is it!

The first year, under the previous mgmt company was excellent. The property was well maintained and seemed to be more attentive to the appearance of the community. The second year, after the change of mgmt things seemed to decline. The property suffered and the homey feel just wasn't the same. The office staff was consistently helpful, courteous, and responsive throughout.

Management has gone downhill with the upkeep of the property. Most recently I called about a trash spill that has stretched from the first and second floor. I had to call twice just to have maintenance just pick up the trash bag and nothing else. Even when we were told the stain would be cleaned. Now there’s still dried up stains that you have to look at every time you enter the building and go up the steps.
Edit: 2 weeks, later and no one has cleaned the mess even with managements response to my review.

My husband and I lived here for two years. When we moved in the complex was under different management. Maintenance requests were usually taken care of in a timely manner, however we had issues with the apartment being properly sealed. We dealt with abnormally high electric bills ($360 and up with air set to 78) in middle of hot summer due to this.… We tried many times to get the complex to look into it and they never would. This also caused an abundance of disgusting roaches and bugs to come in constantly. They also neglected the Holly Bush that was infested with wasp nests and allowed

I've lived here going on three years now and I love it! The staff is very friendly and attentive! Any issue that has come up has been taken care of immediately. I've lived in both the 1B/1Ba apartment and the 2B/2Ba apartment. I found the 1B pretty tight, but the 2B is nice and spacious. The appliances are outdated, but work well and everything is nicely maintained. The grounds are kept nicely landscaped year round. I have a view over the ravine and enjoy seeing a big ground hog and several deer come out to play often! My favorite part of living here is being so close to downtown. I can easily

Great location. Great neighbors. Could have better amenities. Like there is no office center; there is no car care center, pool has always been a little difficult to use. But trash service is totally worth it. New office staff is a little difficult to communicate with; but nee officer manager Jillian is amazing. Maintenance is amazing. My roommate has been here 3 years. And i joined him in a 2 bedroom for a little over a year now. So we did resign. Which says a lot.

My family STAYED SICK THE ENTIRE TIME WE LIVED THERE!
Now the we have removed ourselves from that environment, hand to God no one in my family has been sick. We've been… gone 6 months now!
When I stated I believed there was mold in the apartment I was told and quote by maintenance " that's dust, we paint" and by office staff " that's a very expensive test, and if mold is not found... You will be held responsible for ALL COSTS!!!! "

I have lived here almost 2 years. Any issues I have had , have been taken care of immediately , no matter the time of day or night by Ray or Julia. Things happen/ break or need repairs. I am thankful I can just pick up the phone or send an email and receive a reply in a timely manner. It’s a quite complex and convenient to work and shopping.
