Just pick an option and then choose a date and time that works best for you. If you choose to set up your self-guided tour, we will be in touch with more information.

This has been home for more than a year now and I couldn't be more happy to call this community home. Let me tell you something, the apartments are great, the amenities are absolutely amazing, we have a really well equipped gym, a beautiful pool, Starbucks coffee for free, I mean, c'mon. And don't get me started with the Staff, they're amazing, always willing to help you out with a smile on their faces. So living here is worth every penny

It's funny I saw a negative comment about it! Analia Vargas! And that's exactly why I'm here, she just shouldn't work with clients, my husband and I earn enough to pay for a $ 2000 apartment, he's a chef and I'm a stylist, he applied with a tax id number, he met all the requirements What was requested of her, so that in the end she rudely said he not qualify, we asked what else we could do to take the apartment and she answered! that nothing anymore! During the process, she was not cordial or attentive, despot and rude, she prefers to have the apartments empty than to earn money with them, it is

We have lived at the Mill for almost a year now and we have had 0 complaints. We love it here, we rented an apartment on the top floor to help with noise and we can’t believe how quiet it is here. Everything is always clean, they have cleaning staff here every day during the week. They have great amenities, we love the gym, the study/work spaces, and our favorite is the Starbucks coffee machine. We love the open floor plan of the apartments, they feel very spacious and modern. Above all else, I have always felt very safe here. I would definitely recommend living at the Mill.
