I toured this apartment on Saturday and saw online prices. I did a tour with Susan who gave me a quote for a 2bed 2bath. She was very nice and polite. I’m on a time crunch to move & it is now Tuesday where my call is just now getting returned to confirm the details. Now someone else is quoting me for $250 more than what was told. Glad I didn’t waste my time moving/applying here. Very nice people but no one in this office is on the same page.

*WARNING* Walls are paper thin. Make sure to visit your apartment before agreeing to anything. If the neighbors upstairs have any animals you will hear everything. After numerous attempts at getting help from the front office nothing has been done. Seriously do not rent anything below the top floor. Our apartment shakes at all hours of night and day.

Honestly, while my fiancé and I were living at the apartments, we had no issues. Our problems started when we bought a house. We were told 3 different things about ending our lease which was very frustrating. Fine, whatever. Then I pay the final balance and I just got an email saying that they haven’t received a final payment. I have a receipt with an employee signature stating I paid. I don’t know what is going on in the front office but it’s insane. Very very upset that I was threatened to be sent to collections when I paid a month ago!

This is the great place to live. Calm, peaceful ,pet friendly place. This is secured gated community. The apartments are spacious,clean and newly constructed. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Our moving process was smooth Rebecca guided us in each and every step..There are so many facilities barbeque grill, swimming pool, gym and Laundry. We are happy with our decision for choosing Trees of Gainesville as our home..

Lived in Century new holland for a year. Horrible move out process. They charged me almost 400-500$ on move-out for replacing carpets/paints etc. I lived in the apartment for 1 year only with no kids or pets around. My carpets and walls were in really good condition. Been trying to get in touch with the management for weeks now but no response. Very unprofessional attitude.

Do not move here unless you want to continuously be lied to. We signed a lease that ends April 2021. In January we called and asked what we needed to do to get out of our contract because we found a house to buy. Latonya answered and said we couldn’t do anything but pay rent for February, March and April upfront. I went back and looked at the… contract, and that is not the case. All we had to do was pay one months worth of rent to buy out the contract and cut all ties. In February we sent written notice stating that we would not renew our lease. Here we are with only a few days left

I have had issues with my appliances since day one, particularly my dishwasher which does not work well and leaks rust stains after every wash. Twice I have requested it be fixed and the issue has not been resolved. All of the appliances are old, cheap Whirlpool models. There are cracks in almost all of the corners of my unit, and indicate there may be structural issues. There are two hornets nests in the ceiling of my balcony. Water pressure in bathroom is pretty weak and the stove temperature

Overall, it has been a nice place to live. It’s usually quiet and private. Dealings with the office have been friendly and helpful. We had a couple of incidents with neighbors being loud. At one point, there was a problem with the third party company that picked up the trash, but that seems to have been resolved for now. The only ongoing issue has been with the dog feces. There are some tenants that do not clean up after their dogs, and they even allow them to defecate on the sidewalks and walkways.

Extremely disappointed in the apartments since it’s got new management and changed to Century New Holland. This apartment complex has went downhill fast!!! The new trash pickup people are consistently leaving trash everywhere and never come back to pick it up!! Last night I watched them drop trash bags (one completely busted and left food and… broken glass all in the street) and it is still there this morning. The dumpster is always overflowing with trash. I’m also starting to wonder if they even have pest control come spray anymore. We’ve been here for almost 3 years and
