I am so grateful to have worked with an amazing staff that displayed patience and professionalism. Danielle and Perlas answered all of my questions and concerns with no problem all while multitasking other assignments. Thank you Ladies! Keep up the good work!

These people never answer the phone. Believe are not people are trying to find a place to stay more than ever! You have one job... Unbelievable.

Pearl is literally the epitome of unprofessional! She stays on the phones ARGUING with the residents. They never answer the phone and the doors are always locked. Unless you are a new resident, good luck trying to get them to do anything. Pearl really gives the place a bad name. It’s really sad

The construction is not going to make the roach and rodent infestation go away if anything it’ll probably make it worse. No rest due to noisy construction. Caught covid from the workers coming in and out and having to move apartments due to construction. Your money will be spent better elsewhere.

Tbh I have family that lives here and quiet frankly the staff is just so unhelpful and rather rude. Spoke to some neighbors and it also seems they agree. Especially Teresa, maybe instead of the chaotic and clumsy construction, and renovations they could clean up their staff and give them a lesson in decorum and how to have a conversation without being so constantly standoffish and rude.. like no joke I’d probably ruin a friendship if I suggested anyone to come live here currently.. ALSO WHAT IS WITH THE CHICKENS ROAMING THE COMPLEX?!

From start to finish, the process has been simple & easy. The front staff, Ms. Danielle & Ms. Pearls, have been so pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. All my questions and concerns have been addressed promptly and my unit is perfect for my family. I immediately felt welcomed and have been treated with nothing but kindness & respect throughout the entire process. Love it already!

Let me start by saying the customer service in front office was not great at all but I chopped that up to maybe they were having an off day. We tried to apply, sent in all our paystubs and payment, they told us on 8/9 we needed to get a court document showing the child support order I have, never gave a due date on it or anything. My car was in the shop so I wasn’t able to get the paper until 8/18 and then I sent it to them immediately after I got it. Only to be told that we were already denied because we took too long to get the paper to them. Mind you nobody told us there was a certain date

I moved from another state and the manager Danielle Jones was the best her and the ladies in the office from start to finish. Jones from me inquiring about the apartments to applying and the ladies helping with getting me set to sign my lease was amazing they have no idea how much they helped take some stress off me with moving to another state.
Great Customer Service! Remodel apartments are beautiful, very spacious and the updates/remodeling/new additions throughout the entire complex that are in progress can’t wait to see the finished product.
A wonderful place to live.

7/7/21 Update
We have the keys to start moving in!! There was some miscommunication from time to time about what was happening with our file, however at the end of the process we are very grateful and thankful to be moving in. Everyone was very nice and helpful when we arrived to finish all the paperwork! Thanks to Danielle and Pearl. Going back to giving them 5 stars!!!
6/18/21 UPDATE: spoke with someone in the office who informed me that now Danielle is out of the office until next week and we now won’t know anything until Tuesday of next week.

Getting a little concerned as I have

Okay so I was approved for a unit and signed my lease and paid everything that was due. Once I was approved they moved my unit 2 times due to construction/renovations. This meaning, that I moved my utilities twice, which was not alright; but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Once I received keys I was super excited, I decided to do a walk through really quick due to lunch break. Once I was done, I noticed that my front door does not lock and is missing the weather guard. I informed front office and they said it would be taken care of (07/27/21).
As of 08/02/21 it is till NOT fixed, after multiple
