This is a great apartment complex! Within the last year, a new management company took over, and they have been wonderful. The management and maintenance staff are very friendly and prompt to react. As well, they have brought many community events and amenities such as a dog park! The apartments are at a prime location right off of Highway K with easy access.

Hey Bramblett Hills Apartments community. Are you concerned that the community is raising rent by well more than inflation, and even more then other comparable properties? What I have learned from our property manager is they are much more concerned about getting more money than taking care of residents that have been here for 3, 4, or more… years. This property manager did not have the decency to call me directly, only responding by email.

I am looking for an apartment, and these are beautiful and updated! Located near everything in the area. The staff was so nice and took time to answer all my questions. You can just tell the staff takes pride in their property. Amenities were very clean which is a bonus. I am really considering these apartments!

I’ve been here almost two years. I loved it in the beginning and now my mind has changed. The walls are super thin and I have very loud neighbors. The management team is horrible and unorganized and never know what’s going on. Recently I tried to move units and one person told me it was fine and now they are saying I can not because of certain things on my file that I wasn’t notified about. I informed them that I did plan on moving but my plans fell through and I didn’t mind if someone else moved in my apartment if I could be moved to a bigger one.So now my apartment is being rented to

I absolutely love my home and plan on staying here for awhile. The apartments are very spacious and top notch in luxury. The vaulted ceilings (in select homes) truly put the icing on the cake. Leasing management are wonderful, helpful, willing to answer all of your questions. Another plus about this location is, just that, THE LOCATION!!!! Everything I need is within a couple of miles. Hwy K has it all, from shopping to dining, the options are endless. So why the 4 star(s) and not 5, first it’s more like a 4.5. Google doesn’t have .5. The complex is almost unlivable. They have construction going on at 7:30 in the morning, and when addressing concerns with the property manager, she stated that she is "not allowed to talk to the construction crew" and "had no idea what they were doing." The open area for dogs is littered with large, sharp rocks and my dogs have hurt themselves a… few times. The apartments themselves, on the inside are nice, but you can't open your windows because of the smell from either cigarette smoke or dog feces that are not picked up.Not like you would want to with the constant construction 6 days
