Honestly you cannot find a nicer apartment in St. Charles County. The amenities and the restaurants/bars in walking distance just add to it. Fully secure building, garage parking, and low utility bills. Maintenance is quick and friendly, and they will even let you put in your own cost effective thermostat and electronic door locks. You don’t really hear the neighbors, but you do hear the people walking down the main hall above you. I’ll happily rent here until I buy! Thanks Kiersten/Dylan!

The Residences are overpriced. Once you finish the tour and sign the lease, the entire attitude of management changes. Do not be fooled by the tour.

Apartment is nicely arranged. Roomy and well designed, Appliances are low end but adequate. I have lived here 3 years and have not found a nicer apartment in the area, Maintenance of common areas problematic. Quite a few large dogs whose owners do not clean up after and pee stains on carpet in common areas. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I've lived at the Residences for 2 years. It was amazing. Only reason I left was to follow my career. I wish I could've taken the place with me! The staff is amazing and every amenity is worth it. My space was perfect and also perfectly priced! If I ever find myself in the St. Charles or even STL area, I'm definitely living here again. <3

We love being neighbors with Residences! They are a strong part of the community in Saint Charles and very active in the events at Streets of Saint Charles. Partnering with Residence for Yoga by the Pool during the summer has been a blast! We are very fortunate to work alongside such wonderful people and a reputable company!

Highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking! The staff is always so friendly and always showing that they care for their residents. The attached garage is a nice perk & it's free parking - so what's not to like? The location is also super great with tons of business/restaurants right below you. I feel right at home here!!
