At Plaza Properties, real estate is what we love. In fact, a passion for this industry-and more importantly, for our residents, tenants and prospective buyers-is in our blood. But at Plaza Properties, we approach this business a little bit differently from other firms in the industry.
We look at what we do as much more than selling, developing, managing, or servicing properties, but as an opportunity to help someone-an individual, a family, or a business-to find the perfect home or place to do business. We do this by taking personal pride in shaping the communities we market into places where people and businesses want to be.

When there are more 1 star reviews than any other that says something.
They manage a shopping center behind my house and for years I have been battling with them over companies that collect trash and clean the parking lot coming as early as 3am to do that work. It is very noisy and disturbs me and my neighbors who are trying to sleep. There is an easy solution but they seem incapable of accomplishing it.
Also several years ago I rented an apartment from them. When I left I gave 2 months notice but they tried to charge me $600 saying I didn't. They stopped when I let them know I would advertise

This is the first time I went to the main office. Its very clean and from what I can see through lobby window it seems nice on the inside. Young lady at front desk was very nice. Didnt have many issues while living on one of their properties. Nosey neighbor, a stalker and utilities being 'averaged' versus paying what I actually owed was a little disturbing but the building was nice and maintained.

Mindy at West Broad & Yearling Plaza is by far the rudest property manager I have ever spoken to. Who responds to a simple question with "I'm not going to play games with you"? Highly unprofessional. Upper management would be wise to shop this site. I would not recommend for anyone I care about to live here.

I was a business owner renting a unit from Plaza Properties. During my 4 years there, the level of service was terrible. It was an easy decision to move my business after my lease was up. I was to be returned a large security deposit when I moved out. However, in return, I received a bill stating that I owed money, instead of receiving money. The charges were ridiculous. The place was left in better shape than before I moved in. No wonder they have so many vacancies. It is almost criminal how they treat their tenants.

Lived in one of their properties for a year when I moved from Chicago. No big problems. My problems were after about 10 years later when I was doing business with them. Delivered products I produced to all the apartments they owned.
The headquarters people were rude and disrespectful and it came from the top (Bunny now deceased). I finally told them I no longer wanted to do business with them. I fired them.

These people are wildly incompetent and I would highly recommend you pursue literally any other option than leasing or working with Plaza Properties in general. On multiple occasions they have made mistakes on their end, tried to charge us for their screw ups and even sent our account to collections for saying we did not pay our final bill even though we have and provided the money order receipts. They never called us, emailed us, sent us a letter, nothing before we received a notice from collections out of the blue. They are unaccommodating, unhelpful and most important unprofessional. I will never rent from a Plaza Property community again. We have been tenants for two years and went to give our notice and now have to pay an additional month since it was within 60 days of lease ending. Our renewal letter came after the 60 day mark and no notice was given prior to this about the 60 day notice policy. Within the 2 years we have been accommodating on the electrical issues, water leaking and never complained about our electric bill being over $300 due to poor insulation and drafty doors, but they were not willing to work with us on a 45 vacate notice or prorate the last month.
