The worst customer service ever in my life! I want to break my lease so bad. When I first moved in back in 2020.. they were all so sweet! Whoever called me yesterday.. has no real customer service skills. I been here for two years. I have never had someone threaten me. I pay over 1,200 a month for her to tell me when I need to put my son to bed cause the lady who pays 1,300 for a smaller place, needs her sleep. What exactly does her paying more than me have to do with anything! I’m guessing she is better than me? She couldn’t have been standing in front of me saying that! How do you tell me

I really enjoyed living at villages of bogey hills for the time we were there. We bought a house and decided to terminate the lease early which we thought was a very easy process of paying the 2200 fee and of course cleaning the apartment. Our move out date was October 22nd and got a COLLECTION notice Novemeber 6th in the mail stating we owed them for damages (carpet cleaning) and utilities. At this point we were very upset because we did not receive a phone call or notice before we were sent to collections in a matter of 2 weeks after leaving. Just expect to pay around $100 for "damages" when you vacate the apartment. As you can see in the pictures the place was meticulously cleaned before we left to do the final walk-through. You can do absolutely everything right for these people and they will still find someway to charge you.

The Rachel in the front office is amazing!!!!! I have recently moved in & and ? or issues I have she assists me immediately & the staff always have a yummy treat for my dog. The maintenance crew are very professional & if I have any problems Mark & Jimmy, I am sure there are more it’s just that these are the only ones I have met so far, are very… prompt to address them & complete to my satisfaction. My husband & I love living here. We moved from a large house & downsized and it was the best decision we have made. We live on the pond & love it, the view

I can't even express how wonderful of an experience I've had living here just for the short time I did. PATTY IS AMAZING!!! We love her!!! We all got COVID moving out and they help us so much!! Beautiful dog park and the fountains are so pretty. The pools are AMAZING and so kept up with. Just loved it!!!! Thanks again for everything!!

If you’re looking to move here I would not make them your first choice. Unless you have a breed of dog that is not accept it and most apartments or housing. If you do not see the apartment that you were moving in to do not sign the lease !!! when we moved in the contractors are walking out of our apartment they were still screwing in appliances and things were still broken. Our toilet was broken, our shower was peeling l, outlet didn’t work Md stains on the carpet !! Our cabinets were crooked and broken and our dishwasher flooded from improper set up. we had to move out so they could fix some

Do not rent here unless you get every single thing in writing and even then the leasing office will double back on what they told you or just flat out ignore you. We were told we we’re going to be moved in to townhome over a year ago for $1,100 and every time one became available the leasing office either ignored my phone calls, email or just flat… out told us “no” because they wanted to upgrade the townhome. Now that it’s time for renewal on the one bedroom we were supposed to be in temporarily the leasing manager and the leasing consultant flat out ignored my questions

So happy my family made the move to bogey hills! The location is amazing, almost anything you need is in walking distance!! The office staff are so nice and helpful!! Patty in leasing made everything super easy!! Even my dogs are happy with the move!!! If your thinking about it, stop and just come see for yourself everything the have to offer!!

I’ve only lived here for a little over a month and I’ve been told by neighbors not to bother asking for any help from management because they won’t help you. There is a safety problem here and they refuse to help me. They refuse to move me to another unit and they refuse to let me out of my lease for 2 months and 2 months of rent. I’m a senior living alone and feel my safety is at stake. My neighbors have told me they had the same problem with the same person but they said it’s a waste of time to tell management because they won’t do anything about it. Well I found out that’s true

The community feel went down significantly . The system has messed up a couple of times and charged late fees that I then have to battle for months. I was without power in my bathroom be cause pipes burst in the ceiling with out a second bathroom for two months. I'm met with attitudes about how it's my fault and saying I won't pay the f'n late… fee makes for sure I will have to pay for "talking to someone like that" couldn't be more petty if they tried. five years and I will be out after this next lease with the other hundreds that have fled.

My apartment has been falling apart since we moved in yet nothing has been done to fix the floor which has several soft spots and places where I fear the floor might give out. We also have been having issues with extensive water damage under the kitchen sink and dark spots appearing in our hall closet. To make matters worse we cannot take our dog outs side for a walk or our young daughter to play due to the abundance of dog feces all over the ground throughout the complex.
Do not move in here. The leasing office doesn't care about its residents once they sign the lease. They will ignore your issues

This place will lure you in with how nice it looks on the outside, and how amazing the leasing office in. The prices are NOT worth what you get. There is suspicious people around the parking lot nearly every night and lots of theft. The cops are called frequently, but it does no good. I came from the city and I feel less safe in this complex than… my old one. We have spotted multiple brown recluse in our apartment. I hope you’re ready to double your electric bill because it will cost you as much as a house. We recently had a sewage backup that flooded our apartment and we were out
