I absolutely loved my time living there. Wonderful and quiet community with all of the top notch amenities- granite counter tops, an amazing clean and well kept pool, beautiful cabinetry, large and beautiful bathrooms, etc. In addition, Kim, the Reserve at Fountainview Manager, was always incredibly helpful and kind. It is clear she cares deeply about ensuring that the complex is wonderful place to live. :)

Our experience at the Reserve at Fountainview has been absolutely wonderful! The property itself is well maintained, extremely clean, and peaceful. All of the other tenants we’ve met have been friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is beautiful and feels more like a home than an apartment ( a big plus is that you don’t hear the people above or next to you while you are home). The staff and management have really impressed us with their friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge. This was the first apartment we looked at when we began our search and we saw over 10 different complexes

I lived at The Reserve for 4 years and honestly loved it there! We moved because we decided it was time to become homeowners, but I would have been happy to live there longer. The apartment we lived in was a 2 BR and 2 bath, with a wood burning fireplace, on the second floor. Our neighbors were generally quiet and respectful, the grounds were always kept nice and clean, there were multiple stations to dispose of pet waste and even bags to use, the pool was always clean and looked nice, and most importantly: I felt safe there! I was never uncomfortable to be outside at night, no matter how late

The Reserve at Fountainview is a wonderful community! We enjoyed living there, it was very well maintained and you couldn't ask for a better staff. The move out process was easy and we received our deposit back (I think I read another comment about someone who said they didn't). You can't go wrong with this place!

My husband and I have lived many apartments and this is by far the best. The community is welcoming and friendly, the amenities are wonderful, and the management is awesome. The community is well kept and clean. It is easy and quick to get maintenance requests completed. But by far the best part is the actual apartment. It felt, truly, like a home. The finishes and quality is the best I’ve seen in an apartment. I mean what other apartment has a wood burning fire place?! If you’re looking for a clean, safe, modern, amazing place to live - you’ll find it here.

I’ve been here almost 4 years and was the first person to live in my apartment! I love it. Great staff, great neighbors and the community is great. Management is friendly and truly cares, Maintnence has responded to any issue very quickly. Pool area is beautiful and they are constantly updating. Definitely worth the money!

After being a home owner for 22 years, we needed an apartment for one year. Our 3 bedroom aprtment was nice, the gym and pool are great. We have 2 dogs and there are dog stations set up around with side walks and nice areas to walk inside the gated are and in the surrounding neighborhood. The staff Kim and Ben were very responsive and encourage you to speak up with any needs or questions. They have social gatherings at the pool and outdoor patio and grill area. We also chose to rent a garage and carport and our son was able to find parking close to our building daily. If we did not have to move

I have lived in a lot of apartments, The Reserve at Fountainview has been by far the best community I have ever lived in. I moved out in 2018 but I often wish I had stayed. Their 1 Bdrm apartments are VERY spacious and had plenty of closet space. My apartment was very modern and up to date. The community was very well lit and had security cameras. There was controlled access that was used 24/7. The maintenance and staff was very nice and prompt. The facilities and pool was very nice. Lovely community!!
