This was a great place to live until they sold in October and fired everyone who works here. Since October I haven't been able to get the office on the phone, they did nothing for the snow covered parking lot trapping us here for days. They changed the hours and closed the office on the weekend so deliveries can't be made to the Amazon Locker. Every trash can in the complex has been overflowing and trash is now piling up in the parking lot for the past 2 weeks They raised the rent on everyone. Maintenance request are often ignored until you call repeatedly and speak with the maintenance person

The new owners are awful, they closed the office on weekends, cant get mantinence requests handled in a timely manner, havent properly cleared the snow out the parking lot. when the new owners came in, they fired every (some really pretty good) employee and have an absolute skeleton staff running the entire complex. has d a package that weas supposed to be delivered but they locked the main office building on a saturday and nothing could be delivered to the amazon box, they hiked the rent massively from what it was.

Originally I would have given this place 5 stars, but recently in October the Leasing Office actually lost my rent money orders that I had physically dropped off in their No Contact Rent Drop Off Box. So then I was charged with having to pay Western Union 30 bucks per individual money order so that they could start the process of tracking down our lost money orders...and that entire process itself takes on average 6 to 8 WEEKS before you can any kind of contact being made with you from Western Union. Tiffany, the head of the Leasing office at the time, was super apologetic and kept reassuring us

New owners just bought the property and have one person that is a temp and left her with no info about anything. One maintenance person that's new. I had a maintenance emergency on the 4th of July and the emergency maintenance (Nikoli) responded within an hour and fixed my issues. I applaud Nikoli and the rest of maintenance team for keeping the place clean and running. Customer service has always responded to email or happy to help in person at the front office. Great community for a young professional or small family.

I lived here for a year and couldn't wait to move the hell out. This place is a dump. The amenities are older than dirt. The bathroom is straight out of a 60s movie, everything is in major need of renovation.
The management and staff are not friendly at all. The one time I needed their help to replace my broken washer machine they sat on their hands and left me almost 2 weeks with no washer and Tiffany the manager was useless. Would never recommend. Do not move here. We did our walk through and was told it was perfect and they had never seen an apartment so clean. They said there would be no problem with getting our deposit back. They said they had a lot of move outs and the other tenants did a horrible job. We then got charged with needing to patch a whole in the wall. When we asked for proof because there were no holes and we did a pre walk through, they stopped contacting us. We lived at the Avery’s for just over a year and it was great! This place has really turned itself around. The apartments are nicely updated, put together well and was not falling apart like some places I’ve lived. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the price for the location is great. We were able to save enough to buy a house but honestly I miss the Avery’s! I would recommend them to anyone.

If you enjoy looking at a mountain of trash then this is the perfect place for you! The maintenance guys pass this trash everyday but yet continue to empty all other trash's except this one. Health hazard, safety hazard, making the parking lot smell like trash. Unfortunately I have to give it 1 star because it won't let me do 0. Too high of prices for such a cheap apartment. Homelessness is a better option than renting here.
The apartment staff is beyond incompetent and rude. They attempted to overcharge me on rent on most of the months of my one year lease. It took them six months to fix my mailbox, which was broken into around Christmas time. Which brings me to the neighborhood, expect drug dealers, expect to be woken up at 3am by tweakers, expect to call the police for domestic violence, and the parking lot is a know dumping grounds for stolen vehicles.
When we moved in the sink did not work, the fridge did not work, the dishwasher did not work. The walls were

Crack heads walk in and out like it's nothing. They also start arguments and fights amongst local people, where is security at??? Overpriced for a small little ONE bedroom. They don't care about you they care about your money. If you're willing to pay what a normal person would pay for a house mortgage for a crappy, cheap fixed up apartment go for it. Waste your time and money. Manager is rude and inconsiderate. Time will tell.

Its amazing to me that management is so lenient with outside contractors to the point of them having no idea what is going in their own complex. They called us last week to ask if the City Inspector could enter our home to finally complete the work that should have been finished by end of July. Only to call us back 5 minutes later saying "We don't know where he went. Can he come back next week?" Why would you let him leave?! You are the management team of the complex and now you are having schedule another week of inspections because you can't keep track of people you basically

When I lived here it was hell. I had a security guard come to my door one night (on the 3rd floor) when I was lirterally sitting listening to music in my headphones on my couch sitting on my phone.
They have a severe silver fish problem. Luckily I didn't have any more than 9 or 10 the duration of living there but there were many other people who were dealing with this as well.
Drug addicts, drug dealers, hoodlum kids.
Cars were frequently broken into, DESPITE evening security.
My babysitter was told to leave the pool while dipping her feet or with my toddler, because her name wasn&apos

Since my last review I have moved out and would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE RENTING FROM CON AM PROPERTIES ESPECIALLY AVERY ON PEARL! Since they have taken over...
Jazmina no longer works there by her own choice and after what I have experienced as a resident I now know why.
The office staff is un-empowered to protect residence from inappropriate and obnoxious neighbors. I was threatened almost daily by the end of my time here by new neighbors and they did nothing about it. Even after having police come out to assure my families safety at one point they did nothing besides give several 10 day notices

Unfortunately Avery on Pearl has blown it.
Dead Grass, Its ALL brown. All the nice people are now gone from the office. Gina and Jazmina are no longer working there. I feel they were the only reason this place was even succeeding in the 1st place.
The "NEW" apartment is falling apart piece by piece.
Now when I call I get Kathy and she is not a very nice person at all. I feel like I am interrupting her day with my complaints about the apartment falling apart. I pay a ton of $$ for lipstick on a pig. And with that you would think that at least the so called assistant manager would have

This place really sucks to live. I mean between the crack heads and drug dealers in the parking lot you also have to deal with car alarms going off at 12 at night for hours on end. The neighbors are always yelling all day and all night with cops over all the time almost every single day. Most of the shelves were put in wrong in our cabnets and the pegs broke because they were in upside down and broke almost all of our plates and bowls.
