Aside from an initial glitch when we first moved in, and still waiting for the resolution of a couple of our Oops list items from move in,, our experience with the maintenance staff has been wonderful. And I don't want to Short change raving about the office staff. Everyone that I have spoken to there has been wonderful. I would give a special shout out to Tati who was wonderful helping us get applied, and moved in--she was a real saving angel. In addition I have had very good experience with Yaritza. But I would have to say that my most sincere and lasting good

Worst apartment complex I have seen. I have been here for 2.5 months, and between field mice and roaches, it could be tolerated. On the other hand, it has been up to 90°F in my apartment, because they decided to switch to the heater when it is still hot and humid out. I called the front office multiple times, and they told me that they can't do anything about it. I have a cat that is getting sick due to the heat, and the front office doesn't care. I had to call their parent company, and they even said they "might" be able to get a space cooler in the apartment. I already have 2 going 24/7, as

My car's catelletic converter ($2000-2300)got stolen last night.i called the Vistas of annandale management office I was told to call DMV security.DMV security said our staff is there till1 am that's what we get paid for.so if it was done in night we are not responsible.called police and have police report too.
Must say .. the management never fails to charge u for ridiculous charges.
LATEST UPDATE. After the owner reached out to me I called up management again and this time front desk lady named Carolina after hearing me out put me on hold and later after speaking with her supervisor she said

I just did a 5 star Yelp review on this place (for when I lived there) but I lived there when it was Patriot Village and the management company was Charles E Smith
I live there 3 different times. The management then did NOT put up with any of the issues from the reviews I'm reading here. The hallways were ALWAYS clean. No trash on the property whatsoever. It was safe. There were ladies that walked around the neighborhood all times of the day or night.
And the rent here is OUTRAGEOUS now!!!

I would highly recommend not to move into the apartments. I moved in November 2020 and ever since it has been hell between mice, roaches, spiders, power going out atleast 2 to 3 times a day, getting someone out to actually fix an issue. If I would have read the reviews before I would have never moved into these apartments. My power has gone out almost every day for the past 2 weeks and no one has contacted me or even come out to see what the issue is. Vista's of Annandale is 100% not worth it.

The worst place I have ever lived in. I have been living here for two months now and the electricity cut of at least five times 4-5 hours a day. After, we had leaking we called service they came they put the machines and told us that they will come fixe everything after three day. The carpet got messed up, roaches are coming out, and there is big holes in the selling and walls. Now it has been a week and no one showed up. The leasing office is very very bad, communication skills are zero, service is -10. Whoever sees this and think to come and rent an apartment please don’t do it .
