I’ve been living here for over two years now. And this place is god awful.
The apartment manager when I moved in were called Gate Hudson, and they were bad but some what competent. Sometime this year a new management company has taken over apparently and I found out about it when I went to the office to ask about the washer repair request I made several months ago. Yes I’ve not had a washer for about 7-9 month now.
When I asked them about it the office manager started lecturing me about my “attitude” rather than address what I as there for. I call their corporate office to complain and

This place is complete garbage!! There is nothing good about this place. You missed your rent or utility fee they will drag you to court. Every year, this place has gotten awful to live. Listen to other reviews here. You can stay in your car and live better than renting a place here.
Management: These people are cruel, they don't have any manners and rude every single time. Lot of attitude. They don't care about your safety, car, any request.
Major problem: Towing is a huge issue, you a park on the line you're towed, mice, roach is biggest problem here. Don't expect them to take care of this

This place is garbage not going to lie really bad service , there are pests ,rats other bugs REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE I CALLED AND THEY CALLED ME BACK 1 WEEK LATER AND THERE WATER LEAKING EVERY DAM PLACE THE TOILET ARENT WORKING WELL DONT LIVE IN THIS PLACE YOU CAN GET A BETTER PLACE HONSTLY ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10 I GIVE IT A 0 PLEASE FIX YOUR SERVICES.

Lived here for a few months - the apartment was not move in ready when we got there. There were nails sticking up through the floor, dishwasher rack was rusted, ice maker didn’t work, and front door didn’t lock properly. All repairs are cheap and done poorly. After moving out they charged an incorrect late fee. I paid the break fee and they charge a late fee on a full months rent because they wouldn’t give me the correct prorated amount I was supposed to pay for over a week after paying that. Trying to get anyone on the phone that can help is a joke - even the parent company Gates Hudson

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Honestly if there was less than 1 star I’d give it that. I still am in a lease with these guys and I’d rather live in my car than this place. I tried to get a referral bonus from these guys cause I had a buddy of mine move in and it’s been 7 months and I still haven’t gotten that $500 referral bonus they keep advertising. Also, I pay $1600 a month for a 1 bed and 1 bath and every time I walk out of my apartment there is trash all over the place. Constantly getting harassed by the towing company and threatening tenants with inspections even if you’re out of town. Also

- the facilities and apartments are nice, the maintenance staff is very courteous and responsive and reliable
- the apartments are reasonably priced, for what you're actually getting.
- the breezeways in between apartments are very echoey, meaning you'll hear every screaming, running, stomping child all day
- there is a major rat problem. They've infested both trash areas and will find your apartment. Again, maintenance does what they can, but it's still a major issue
- My AC or heat went down six times in two years. Maintenance was quick to fix
