Went with a friend to look at the apartments and area. The grounds are filthy, their buildings along Arlington Blvd are littered with garbage. Shopping carts from the Giant are stacked up along the complex perimeter. Appears the grounds next to the library are littered with trash as well. Really could be a nice place, I see 600K condos are being built next door, way too much money to spend if you have neighbors like this. Does not appear some Monticello residents take pride in living there. Would not recommend.
