Much better now that they are a bit updated, need to change the building interior and outside only. Staff is very helpful and maintenance is great with doing work as they can.

The appartment my friend has is nice. There are two problems though. The hallways are dark because the lights are turned on by timers rather than by need & the lights are not bright enough. Security repairs are a low priority.
The apartments are not wheelchair accessible.
There is a good grocery within walking distance.

This is a wonderful place to live.
So fliendly, so quiet and the apartments are well equipped.
Great team, Sergio ( supervisor ) very helpful and hard worker...
I highly recommend this place..

I have lived here for 13 years and i am happy. My family has grown and the process of transferring has been easy. I love the convince of the area. Every time i have an issue in my apt maintenance comes and fixes it. The people in the office are super nice to my family.

I have lived here for a year and i love it still. Everything is close by and my childrens school is right across the street. The staff is great and try to help out in what they can. Maintenance is a great help i get its an older building but it feels like home here. Now that they are updating things its looking amazing.
