Very unhappy with their covid approach: we tested positive for covid on the morning of the New Years Eve event and did not wand to cooaperate with us on any level. Very unprofessional in these hard times where every business offers full refund. I did not even ask for that...but they could at least offer something from $350 ...as an existing customer this is our last time! It's not like we wanted to get sick...we bought tickets as soon as the event posted.

We looked at several places around Chicago to host our wedding which was originally scheduled back in 2020. Biagio and their staff were great to work with and really provided the venue and value we were looking to find. Tracy was great helping us navigate through the process even the year long postponement because of Covid. When we were finally able to have our wedding it was nothing short of amazing. They paid attention to every little detail with nothing overlooked. We specially wanted our wedding to be masculine yet elegant and their venue was exactly what we wanted.

Our daughters wedding was here. It was beyond wonderful! The staff was amazing, took care of our every need and thought about stuff we didn’t even know we needed. Food, service, cocktails and everything in between got rave reviews from our guests. A special shout out to the event coordinator Tracy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our little girls and new son in law’s day so memorable.

Anyone else having a hard time getting a refund for a wedding that they can't have ??? We don't want to cancel the wedding we are being forced to bc of COVID and the restrictions, I don't feel I should have to settle for 85 people when I have a larger guest list but Bishop refuses to give me a refund. Worst worst worst. We are in a pandemic and we aren't sure when it's going to end and they have no sympathy but we so quick to take my cash payment for my 250 guest wedding. Please tell me I'm not the only one battling this?!?

I cannot begin to explain how great Biagio's was for our wedding. From the start Orla was amazing and incredibly friendly. She always gave us a hug when she saw us (pre-covid of course) We were supposed to get married back in April 2020, they were so incredibly accommodating for our rescheduling date, we even rescheduled our date TWICE after postponing the first time. We settled on September 2020, Tracy helped out with the rescheduling as well and they both were so on top of things and they were always keeping us in the loop. We had to switch a few things around to comply with the new COVID

On 1/10/20, my husband and I had our reception at Biagio. We have already been married for 5 years and have three children, but for many reasons including my mothers death, we never had a big celebration nor got married in our church. But we finally did it two weeks ago. Jon and I are in our 40's and have had many life experiences. Two stars because the server in charge of our table was fantastic. My boyfriend who never notices anything said he was like a hawk in our table. I explained because he's doing his job! It's refreshing! I should have got his name but it was January 10th evening wedding party and first reserved table when you walk in on the left. Also did not notice but in case there was two halls it was the one furthest from the front door . Give that young man a raise !

We went to an after Funeral lunch at this place on Saturday and were assigned to one of the many rooms used here for wedding banquets , birthday parties etc. The rooms here are capable of being expanded via huge door ways that open up to allow the creation of a larger venue.
The servers brought out pitchers of water , coffee , and soda.
Shortly thereafter bread and butter were brought to the table. After everyone was seated the servers brought out bowls of chicken rice soup.

Everything was perfect. Absolutely everything. The food was great, our cake (from their cake vendor) was great, the day went smoothly and we have not stopped receiving compliments about how much fun our wedding day was. Tracy was wonderful and so helpful and so sweet throughout the whole planning process; we couldn't have had a more perfect person to help us coordinate our day. Thank you all for everything!

Came here for a baptism in the Michelle room. It's such a cute venue. It has the modern, rustic vibe to it with brick and wood walls, Edison light bulbs, and simple light fixtures. It really is a nice set up for photos. The table placement was nice. When you walk around, you can see the bottom of the wine glasses sparkle a little. I wish they had dimmed the running lights and turned on the Edison light bulbs.

I rented a room for my sweet 16 about a year ago and it still was one of the best days.
What caught my eye was the rustic feeling of the room I choose. It was like a barn house feel. It was exactly what I was looking for. They were also super flexible with room sizes. They could move the walls in order to make your room fit your party size. I am still in love with the interior of the room. It was perfect and nothing like I have seen before.
Our event planner helped us with everything and was so useful. We got a tour of the place and she gave us advice

Very disappointed with the new management. The event coordinator that we saw today was very unprofessional. I had my weeding there in 2011 my kid baptism and it was great. We been clients from Biagios. Kim had always treated us with respect and she was always very professional. We were sad to know that she was no longer working here. We gave the new management a chance wanted to booked an event for my second child baptism but the event coordinator just didn't want to offer us any dates " I can go check but I'm pretty sure we are all booked " really? Very unprofessional.

My husband and I were married this summer and the experience that we had at Biagio's was more than perfect - not a single thing went wrong or was unexpected! Our coordinator was Tracy, and believe me - there was no task too big or small for her. She not only helped us plan the perfect wedding, but she stayed the entire night to make sure that every little detail went according to plan.
