If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is AWFUL! Don't waste your time or money. By the time I had finally gotten out I had already dealt with rats in my unit, a dead raccoon in my neighbors wall, broken mailboxes (which are still broken). There were needles in the parking lot and they don't fix ANYTHING!!! All of the positive reviews are from employees. If you look they all have multiple reviews that are exactly alike for other apt. It's all a scam. Do yourself the favor and RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go across the street to the Grand its not great but it's 10 times better!!!!!

They stole all my rent assistance money 10000 and refuse to give it to my new apartment. Dispute me not owing then anything and my lease being over and me telling them I wasn't renewing due to the conditions of the apartment They even stole my 900$ deposit and now refuse to answer my calls. I went a year with no stove no hot water mold in my vents and got robbed at gun point in broad day light in front of the office. Please don't move here especially if you have children it's unsafe and the office NEVER does anything they turn their phones off all day and just take money from people

Moving here will be the biggest mistake you ever make!!! Don’t make the same mistake I made! These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in and the management is even worse. They double charge your utilities each month, stealing hundreds and hundreds of dollars from you. The bug problem is just outrageous & yet they will continue charging a “pest control fee” even though they don’t have any sort of pest control. I’ve had a terrible roach problem for +4months and have yet to see any pest control people. There’s WASPS, SPIDERS, COCKROACHES and more bugs. Only 2 out of 6 doors in

If you like roaches & wasps living in your apartment & getting stung all the time, Kenton apartments is for you. You’ll also get Flooding, constant water issues, theft and none of the utilities or amenities you pay for.
Seriously don’t even consider wasting your time and money. You’ll just realize you need to move as soon as your lease is up. I haven’t talked to a single person who likes it here.

I've been here for one year and couldn't wait to leave ! The office management will continue to tell you they will fix things and give u a date and it never gets fixed. I have a 2 bdrm 2 bath and my guest restroom has black water coming out and they only credited me one time for it and never fixed it. My microwave door is broken. I hear raccoons through the walls almost every night. Not to mention the amount of bugs, especially ROACHES! Pools are never open and FILTHY! The gym has been closed for 10 months now. They also recently lost my spare apartment key and doesn't know where

We moved in the end of august, since then the following things are broken and have not been fixed despite asking the apartment complex weekly for an update:
A/C
Dishwasher (unusable)
Top deadbolt on front door doesn't lock
Balcony door doesn't open
Squirrels in the walls
Stove burner doesn't work
And that's just the things that need to be fixed like...yesterday. None of the doors close all the way, the carpet is coming up from the floor by the bedroom door, the windows are disgusting and aren't placed properly, the door latches are on backwards...like what the hell?! I

I have lived here for 2 years. After new management took over, the front office staff members were very helpful. Maintenance is swift with repairs and they've always been very nice as well. I've had some bad experiences with noise living in San Antonio, lots of loud cars and stereos and people on cells phones at night- but here that is very limited here. Definitely recommend these apartments!

Well i was reluctant to come on here and leave a review due to previous management. Tabitha was the worst!! Very unprofessional and not compassionate at all. Now that they have brought new people in the office like Yvon and the other girls, man what a change. They really care and they really try. My AC had been out since APRIL! They got it repaired and replaced as soon as i told her about my work orders! They even replaced my microwave! I’m renewing because i see the changes. Thanks GVA for making this much needed change!

This apartment is a TERRIBLE . DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. RECENT REVIEWS ALL POSTED ON SAME DAY AND THEY ARE ALL GOOD? SCAM. I LIVED HERE. All these people want is your money. Management doesn’t care , higher ups don’t care about your problems either. They don’t answer the phone , they don’t do maintenance orders. MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. EVEN NEXT DOOR BUT NOT HERE. It’s 2 STARS FOR A REASON.

I moved in here a few months ago. Even though I saw reviews I still needed a spot to stay at. But honestly, I am surprised at how hard the staff works at Kenton. They have gone above and beyond to help me with all my incomplete work orders. Anthony really huddled to get them done. Plus the management helped me out with getting my rent paid up. The place is nice and cozy too. I’m glad I came here.

The only things these apartments do is take your rent and that's it. No pool, no gym access nothing. They do not fix anything or answer to any emails. You may receive a reply within a month. The foundation is turning cracks in the wall look at the out side exterior. No access to your mailbox smh there broke. Go somewhere where your family will enjoy staying. They do not put money back into these apts .

The only thing this place has going for it is its location. Management is unresponsive. Maintenance is just a couple guys so everything takes weeks to get done. Gates are broken. Pool is closed. No matter how clean you keep your apartment, there are always roaches. Foundation is shifting so there's newer and bigger cracks every week.

I would give it no stars at all. Don't waste your time and money here at this apartment complex. The apartment staff gives you the run around. Their maintenance are not good at what they do. After the pandemic, it just went all down hill from then on. We have a big hole on the ceiling in the kitchen from the snow storm. They don't have a 24 hr emergency maintenance so good luck if you don't have a water leak in your apartment because the management don't care about it's residents. I really feel sorry for the kids because they don't have a pool to go to for the summertime

This is just down bad crazy I wish I read the reviews before I signed the lease. This is my first apartment ever and I’m already having a bad experience. The pic of the dishwasher has been like this for a month ,I put in a work order to get it fixed right when it happen.All they tell me is they will have someone come tomorrow but no one has ever came . I’ve seen numerous times maintenance men sitting on their golf carts not really doing nothing during the day. The other pictures I included are things we viewed while touring the unit and we were told it will be fixed by the time we moved in

It's been 150 days since I moved in, a/c doesn't work, bugs inside the apartment, the office or "manager" haven't done anything to fix my apartment. They won't let us leave without paying them 4,200 to break the lease, the carpet is wet in my bedroom and I can't even sleep in their because it smell really bad. I can't move any of my furniture in my room because of the flooding in there !!! No one should live like this especially if the rent is 1,300 a month!

Been trying to get a serious issue fixed at our apt for over 2 weeks and can't even get a response. Apparently a raccoon chewed the insulation of the AC so there's a leak in the ceiling, and the ac isn't working. Mold is forming (from the leaky AC) in our guest bathroom (that the shower has never been used in). There are now 4 holes in the ceiling and they patched one hole with cardboard and never came back and are not responding to me. Did i mention the raccoon. And it's hot as hell and it's Texas.

My ground floor apartment has been flooded by the rain water that l discovered this morning about 7 am 4/7/2019.
The apartment patio flooded about a month ago and the apartments maintenance guy sent a guy over with a shovel to fix the problem.
We were told by our neighbors that the previous renter was flooded out and the Apartments did nothing to fix the drainage.
The apartments knowingly rented to me and did not notify me of their inadequate drainage. The mgmt. Told me the the apt. needed updates do to a toilet problem.
I think l will check into filing criminal charges.

One of the worst apartment experiences I've ever had. The gate is usually broken, or if it happens to be locked people go through the whole in the fence by the Texaco ro come in and buy drugs. Management could careless, to what goes on in the complex. However one month someone fished all the rent checks and money orders out the drop box at the leasing office, thats the only time i saw management make any positive changes. So now you have to be inconvenienced to the inconsistent work hours, to pay your rent, there is no longer a drop box or online payments. This place needs a haul over

Kenton Place apartments are a joke. My mother has lived there for almost a year now. She has had nothing but problem after problem. Air conditioning, heater, and a water leak from the apt above her that made her ceiling fall in. They have been in no rush to fix any of it. Now that she is coming up on the end of her lease we decided to move her out. Well, the lease was supposed to be 12 months turns out they gave her a 14 month lease. They are totally taking advantage of a senior citizen. Do not move in to Kenton!!!
