In 2007, as the housing market was crashing Justin and Jennifer Bajema were buying up single family homes and turning into rentals. After getting a few under their belt, they began to look for a company to manage their investments. They quickly realized they were not impressed with the lack of truly professional property management companies in Grand Rapids that executed with consistent results.
Applications are processed in the order they are received with all required documents and information. An application cannot be approved until all aspects of the screening policy have been completed and reviewed by the property manager. Housing is on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore we do not hold units until the application is approved and a deposit payment is made.
We get it. People love their pets and so do we. But if you're going to be living in one of the homes we manage, here's what it'll take to rent with your pet(s). Staffordshire Terriers a.k.a. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinscher, wolf-dogs, Chow-Chows, Akitas, German Shepard and other traditionally aggressive breeds and any animals with a history of agressive behavior are not permitted.

We've been managing apartment communities since 2009. Economies of scale can become a substantial benefit and your now dealing with a product type that is VERY favorable to RE Investors. Homeowners often have to rent their home when "life happens" such as work relocations, marriages or divorce, military duty station changes.

A year ago I decided to rent a property that I owned. It was a big decision for me as this was a property that was lived in by my family and I did not want the property to become just a rental. I interviewed at least three companies in the area and after I met Eddie from Access PM the decision was easy. A level headed ex-marine with property management experience and a solid company to back him. Access Property Management made renting easy and gave me the confidence to consider renting a second property. The property was rented within a week of listing. Funds are always deposited into my account

I've had the pleasure of renting from Access Property Management on and off for the past 12 years. I've worked with Eddie since day one, before it was even Access, when it was just a small family operation. Even though he and the company have grown a lot over the years, it's never felt like he's lost touch with his smaller roots. Most of these other big rental companies don't care about their tenants or even their owners like Eddie and company do. Keep doing what you're doing, and thanks for the many years of being a great landlord.

I struggled for a long time trying to find the right property management company for my rentals. I interviewed a couple different companies and in the end I chose to go with Access Property Management. I couldn't be happier and im blown away with how responsive they are and how much attention is paid to my properties. I thought I was doing a decent job managing them myself but after seeing how quickly issues get done and fixed now I realized this was the missing piece I needed. I couldn't reccomend them highly enough and they're a secret you hope nobody else finds so you can keep them to yourself

I have rented from Access for 2 years now and Eddie and the team are phenomenal. They are so easy to get a hold of and respond very fast every time. When something needs to be fixed it is always done by great contractors in a very timely manner, they have gone above and beyond to help me, many different times. I honestly never knew how good a landlord could be until I started renting through Acess property management. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
