Don’t let the description fool you. This is NOT luxury living. The new management company is definitely not an improvement. Since they have taken over, it is next to impossible to reach anyone in the office during or after hours. I have called on multiple days, at multiple times, and gotten either a busy signal or hung up on. The same thing happened when I tried to call the ‘emergency maintenance’ number provided. For 3 months straight my billing was incorrect. I had to call to have it corrected or wait for a credit the next month. They increased my base rent by over $200 if I chose to renew

July 20th we settled in court and confirmed our move out by the end of the month and told we'd be contacted. Nothing. Come July 30th, we moved our belongings out and cleaned up the place. After, I had gone to the front office and informed the 3 ladies, also asked if I needed to sign or do anything else. Nothing. The SAME week, my friend who helped me move had her car stolen from there!! My keys I had left in her vehicle - considered a police situation and no help at all when I reported to the office. Now they are charging 7G's for not returning the keys to confirm the move out!! What about the

I’ve been living here since March so I met the last management team and they were cool. Once the new management came into the picture, everything went downhill. We have no water all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays because of them “fixing” the lines but they have been doing this basically almost 2 months and we’re still being charged for full month. They claim there’s security but you only see 19 year old kids walking and smoking at night with the security uniform. There’s no cameras in the complex so basically something can happen to you or your property and they won’t help you at all

They have roaches and will not do anything to help you with them. They intentionly over charge people on the rent, it is not 1200 a month as advertised it is 1700 a month not counting utilities. None of thier stuff knows what they are doing literally a 5 year old could do better than thier so called employees I have had my laundry stolen out of thier laundry room three times because the worthless office manager won't fix anything on the property the gates are always left open and if you like taking hot showers just forget about it the

As a resident of these apartments for the past few years, I have the means to point out why I don't recommend this place at all. The water in our building has consistently shut down at the most inconvenient times, and doesn't get fixed til after a while later. There's been a cockroach issue for almost a year now and this new management has yet to deal with that properly. Overall, the managers have treated us very poor here as I've called for assistance and have been disregarded each time. They're also charging us for the things maintenance was supposed to fix. The water shutoff has become ridiculous for everyone in this place. It's like they don't even care for single building shut-off valves? Why does the whole complex need to be shut off every week? Seen this before when I managed and reviewed a Portland, Oregon major complex before it went bad. This place has changed majorly, but they up the rent with a trash service nobody wants? Laundry rooms are..yikes at best. From what I see and understand most AC's are still awful, so it takes money through the roof to even keep it some sort of normal temp. Front staff, and maintenance staff is great people

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. The office staff is constantly losing paper work and then demands that you prove you had it other wise you get fined over 1000$. They have have a bug infestation, appon moving in I found out that thier idea of remodeled just means repainted . My door frame was smashed open to the point where the door won't lock I have been here for almost three months and they still won't fix it. Not to mention they advertise at 1200 a month but it's actually 1600 after all the hidden fees as well as I have had problems with my up stairs neighbor through toys metal

5 star This is the best place to live. I have been here for 2 years and just love it here. The staff are very nice and very friendly. Angelica L in the office is the best. She will go above and beyond for her tents. The apartments are always clean and well maintained. The pools and the grills are always clean and working. The staff makes sure… everything is in working order and if you need something fixes they are on top of it. The most important thing to me too when renting is there is no bugs at all. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. They always have sometime fun going on for

Considering it's new years day and I'm boiling pots of water for the good tenth time since signing a lease to get hot water for a freaking bath because I'm not sure about the staff here but my job prefers as do I that I come to work clean I don't really think I need to say how I feel! I am not the type to leave bad reviews over something petty but… I'm am so sick and tired of the hot water issues constantly and the AC issues during the hotter months! This is someone's home start treating it that way and get this fixed like we pay for!!!! It's not like you guys don't get enough money cause

Admirable front office service. Move in was easy and quick. Our unit had updated counters, appliances, and carpet. The amenities are such a huge plus, too! The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is due to the fact our move in was delayed because they claimed they were cleaning it. There were several things not functioning or very dirty on move in day. They were quickly taken care of by maintenance, but it was still disappointing. All in all, I love these apartments.
