Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Going on day 10 here..with a signed leased ..unlivable conditions with rodent holes, infestation of roaches and the ultimate cherry on top, MOLD!! Floor caved in from apartment flooding previously. Nothing is being done about it. Very evil. If you live nasty , this will be a great fit for you.

I was a full time student with a full time job, and would recommend this apartment, rent pay is good. The only problem I had was the landlord telling me they'll have the door fix before I move in because the people who rent it before me, got evicted and broke down the door to get their stuff. For 6 months I've been constantly going to the office, asking them "when will I get the door fix?" All they kept saying was "the door has been ordered and will be in by Monday" they never order the door or even fix it.

I would NOT recommend this place. I do not feel like the people who run this place care about the tenants at all. I’ve called several times to get my ac fixed since august 2020 and they would close out the work order without fixing it so often that now when I call they just tell me “it’s not ac season”, I’ve had to buy 4 fans just to keep my apt cool enough for my baby. I’ve called several times to be added to the schedule for pest control but all they do is put out roach bait 🤦🏼♀️. It costs $40 to pay rent online. I use to love living in 3614 because I had no problems

My kids live here and when I tell you these people are sorry lord knows, they have been there for about 6 months and the dishwasher is always broken, the bathroom is falling in and they were supposed to fix this when they moved in and it's still not done. Someone broke into my daughter's car stole all kinds of stuff. They need camera's and security upgrades.

Not as bad as everyone makes them out to be. Takes a little while to get maintenance every now and then, but for the price you can't beat them. Neighbors are usually pretty cool too, just lock your car doors because those are about the only things that have ever been "broken" into from what I've seen. Been here going on 4 years, only plan to leave because I want to upgrade

The new management will not honor previous deals that were made. We were considered to be trustees, however they decided to cancel our deal without reason, notice or cause. We have had the smell of sewer gas in our bathroom. Our toilet does not flush correctly. Maintenance has looked at it said they had to order the parts, and that was a month ago. Our stove needs to be replaced, does not cook consistent. The enamel in our tub has peeled off. I had to fight almost a year to get handicap parking space in front of our building. No cameras on property and security shows up only when you call them

When I was here, left 7mo ago but was there for 6mo, management in the office changed a lot and they never completed a task to fix the faucet in the sink. Outside of that, it is a decent place to live even if the walls are a bit thin. I liked the location because it wasn't by a busy street and was next to a lot of shopping.

Apartment from HELL. MERCEDES an office employee was nasty and ill mannered the whole time! moved into an apartment that was half clean and management told me they would finish cleaning the rest “later”. soon after the apartment was filled with roaches and a week later BED BUGS asked multiple times for exterminator and to move apartments units and was DENIED until I got a lawyer but after everything I decided to break my lease and the staff was horrible to me and my husband. I went through this with a NEW BORN baby! They had no sympathy just wanted MONEY
