I sent in a application an paid my application deposit. I received a phone call a day later telling me that I was evicted from a property I was still living in. They also stated that it was on my credit report an when I checked my credit report it was no public records. I call them an again explained I had no evictions and I was still living in the property they said I was evicted out of. They continued to act like they was surprised but I believe they made this up so they did not have to rent to a minority. They even called my landlord to verify I was living in the household. Our property management was switched to this company in the middle of our lease and they were a complete nightmare compared to our last PM. They were *almost* always not responsive. Literally I would feel like I was getting ignored by our own PM. Our messages wouldn’t be answered to at all. One time upon messaging Michelle Getz a concern, I was told to write it in email to her so they can have it on documentation. Even when I emailed her, I still had to text her to let know I sent it via email because the email wasn’t even being responded to. It felt like a joke. The concern I even had took

This review is strictly on Michelle Getz who was our property manager at our previous rental and she was the absolute best at finding us a home to purchase. If you are looking to buy, sell or rent a property Michelle is your person. She is a source of knowledge and super down to earth which is such a great combination when you’re first time homebuyers like my husband and myself were. Michelle was always happy to answer questions we had and broke it down to us in normal lingo and made herself available to us more than she needed to. Hey processing all application and denying people for reasons that were approved prior to the application.
Stay away from this property company. I have a difficult situation having 2 dogs and a low credit score. I never hide any of the fact of my situation and was advised by two agents that my credit score would have little effect on my application because they are reviewed on a case by case basis. I asked again to ensure I would have no issues due to my credit score being that each time my credit is pulled lowers my score. Again reassured that as long as I have great rental history and make 3x

For the most part his company is decent. Wish there were different outcomes with some things but what are you going to do. Have to constantly remind them of things and make sure things are getting done. Overall they are an alright company. Do not usually complain about things but some things rubbed me the wrong way especially as tenants that in my opinion were very understanding and had little to no issues throughout there stay.

Thieves!! Liars!! Laziness!! Thats all I can say about this staff! If you rent from them and have something in the house break... they won't repair it and thwy will bill you when you move out. Going through a legal process now with them because they sent a final bill 55 days after I moved out that was not itemized and sent me to a collection agency at the 60 day mark. State law requires an itemized bill be sent no more than 60 days after move out. I was not given an itemized bill until I requested it via email. My lawyer says I have a case. I'm sure this is a similar practice so we are looking

I can not say enough positive things about Blue Mountain as a property management company. They are truly the best, they really look after your property and screen for good tenants. They took all the appropriate steps to make sure the tenant was taking care of the property during their lease. I went through some bad property management companies before I found them. All the other companies cared about, was getting a tenant in and collecting their % each month. Our rental home was rebuilt during the Waldo Canyon fire and the property management company did not take care with the tenant they leased

I have properties in Kansas and Los Angeles and have property managers there. I recently purchased my first rental property here in Colorado Springs. I was going to self manage, but I am beyond thrilled that I found Michelle and Blue Mountain Property Management. Screening the applicants was a nightmare.
