Residents will be charged for a service call if the service technician determines the resident failed to perform routine maintenance tasks as outlined.

I have had Rent Builder manage my properties in New Mexico for the last three years, and it has been a great experience. They are so professional, ethical and provide great service, as well as find great tenants, screening them carefully. The owner Jim Meek is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always going the extra mile to help, their maintenance manager Glen Forsyth is a well of information, highly experienced, friendly, and detail oriented when it comes to getting things fixed right, and in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost.

Reviews Reviews Reviews.... Rent Builder Property Management seem well. Good ratings. 4 to 5 star type. For my wife and I feel as if we got the 2 star experience this go around. Communication is the down fall for me. It started out well and drastically fell off. Between the email the text messages and trying to call the office left a sour taste. No one answered the phone. Automated replies from emails and one text message is not enough to make any family looking for a home feel comfortable in that quality of customer service. Our experience with Rent Builder has been fantastic. They are professional and consistent. They quickly placed quality tenants into our rental. When a pipe broke, they were fast to address it with both us and the tenant, keeping all of us informed on the repair status and had it fixed in no time. Highly recommend!

Been trying to talk to a person for over 6 months just to try to rent from them, never any return calls, always the same, go online and fill out an application. Very annoying to go out an application over and over and have them lose it? How do you lose a digital application? They're only open M-F 9-4, so if you're working class, good luck even getting into contact with anyone.

I cannot sing enough praises about the team. Shannon and Glenn made the process to rent an apartment for my mother simple, straightforward, and just an overall positive experience. The unit was gleaming clean and everything was in perfect working order. After my mother moved in she found the parking to be a challenge as she has mobility issues. She has a handicap placard. One call to Shannon on Friday afternoon resulted in an answer on Monday of they will be converting a parking spot to handicap parking in a safer part of the lot. Charged to replace working bulbs in the house because they "didn't match".
Rented from them for 4 years. Always was a great tenant and always kept the house clean. Glen told me he was very impressed with how clean the home was when we moved out. However we bought a house so they know we won't be renting from them again so I feel that's why Glenn ended up charging us for every tiny little thing at the house. Tried charging us for leaves that were outside the home 13 days after we moved out. Charged us to replace working light bulbs because they "didn't match". They charged us $300 to clean a stain
