When visiting Trevi, the young lady I spoke with was very helpful, she answered all my questions and was very professional.
The grounds is beautiful and clean. One thing I was concern about was noise and she told me that it’s always quiet, she even went as far as telling me to come back at night to see that it’s always quiet.
I was so impressed that my daughter and I filled out the application. Don’t take my words go see for yourself.

I'm new to this community, only 2 weeks on, found some issues with shower head, dish washer fridge. Put in work next day and we are going on 3 weeks no 9ne has come. I keep calling everyday. There is a big tree brunch blocking our stairs we are basically closed off. Common sense. What the heck did I move into?

Sad to say I’ve had the same experience as all the other 1 star reviews. Jenna and Kris never return calls or emails. Maintenance requests are never answered. No one answers the phones when you call the office and speaking with them in person they are rude and offer these solutions to “help” but nothing ever gets done. It’s a great location and apartment but the management truly makes it a place we don’t want to live!

This complex is honestly one of the most difficult places to get in contact with. Nobody will ever answer the phone or answer emails, it’s like nobody is ever working but you will see them on the property on golf carts riding around. It honestly feels as though you are being blatantly ignored just for being a resident. I have been trying to get my lease renewal handled for almost 2-3 months now and have had to call the corporate office twice now since the assistant manager does not answer phone calls or any of my emails. If you call corporate they’ll get back to you very quickly. My lease expires

Another typical trash collection day at Trevi. Seems they are non respondent with phone calls and emails, thus I must publicly post this proof shoddy workmanship. Every time they collect trash outside my front door they leave a trail of garbage and also always leave the gates wide open. Most of the time the one gate is open so far as to impead traffic! This is less than 10 minutes ago..... all for the low low price of over $1500 a month ! Quite an experience.

I lived here for 6 years. The first two years were great and then they were constantly changing management properties and it never went back to the luxury apartments they were. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. Maintenance takes forever to respond to service requests. The office is less than helpful, they will give you the run around or simply ignore you. Kris the assistant manager can be extremely rude and unhelpful. Last summer our ac unit went out and it took them two weeks to get it resolved. Meanwhile my family and I had to suffer there with a portable ac unit that wouldn’t even

My partner and I are relocating from Iowa to Arizona next month and we viewed the Trevi Apartments. Maya is the leasing professional we have been working with and she has been nothing short of amazing in assisting us in our upcoming cross-country move. She answered all of our questions and has been so helpful in making this process as easy as possible.
10/10 professionalism and dedication. We haven’t even physically set foot on the property, but we’re already applying and are over-the-moon excited for our transition!

I have lived here for 3 years now and the biggest issue is that the management doesn't seem to care about the cleanliness of the complex. I have mentioned several times that Cobb webs and wasp nests build up in breeze ways. Maintenance work orders take a few months to get to the tenant. They concentrate more on getting an empty apartment rented, then to keep a current tenant happy. Broken lights where needed don't get fixed. They add paid services to the contract weather you want it or not. Tenants pay for ALL water, electricity, and gas. The rent increases are outrageous. I would not recommend
