Trained at the Wharton School of Business in real estate and legal studies, Kyle is a licensed broker. He spent time with CBRE on the West Coast, and also worked on the East Coast as an acquisitions analyst for KTR Capital Partners before coming home to LAPMG.

We run an in-depth background check on all prospective tenants. We also use an eviction search that spans the whole country in scope, identifying any evictions the prospective tenant has been subject to. If you use a state-limited eviction search, you could easily wind up renting to somebody who's been evicted a dozen times in other states.

I have been living in an LAPMG for over a year. My first apartment and it’s been a great experience. With COVID19 being a part of our lives, the maintenance crew take precautions on top of precautions. I really found it professional that as they were fixing, or any time they do, they will always explain what they are doing. I have no complaints.

I am a new tenant with LAPMG I just want to start off by saying how amazing and responsive the LAPMG team is at fulfilling maintenance requests. I had an overflow in the bathroom on Dec 31 and my carpet in the master bedroom was destroyed. LAMPG went above and beyond by not just being satisfied with a simple carpet cleaning. The management group pulled up the old carpet and pad and replaced both with brand new carpet within the same week. I am very grateful that the management group cared more about the safety and welfare of their tenants than trying to save money. I also want to say how amazing

I had a problem with my heater and found it very easy to make an appointment for maintenance through the web app. There was a reasonable response time with a successful outcome. The repair man was knowledgeable and respectful even though the issue had a simple solution. It was an idiot move on my part. Thank You LA Property Management!

Every since moving into a LAPMG property my outlook on apartments has completely changed!! Not only is the on-site staff incredibly helpful and responsive the company itself is just the same! Although they are a big company they make tenants like myself feel like i can call them anytime!
Recently I had a plumbing issue with my sink, where water was coming up! I spoke with my onsite staff first and they took action right away, helping me submit a request on our online portal ( so quick and easy btw) not even a day or so after was I immediately getting a call to schedule a visit from the plummer

La property management acquired my building as soon as I moved in after the previous owner sold. When we first moved in we had a very big power surge to our entire building. Where the fire department had to come out. After that all of our electronics fridge, microwave, toaster, some outlets, fans etc went out. If not that day a few days later. At first they replaced things or fixed them. After coming out a few times to fix cheap things that had broken. Fan in the bathroom, replaced light bulbs etc . Then they seems to stop caring. Would strongly urge potential renters to avoid this management company. Emergency repairs are addressed 7-10 days after constant follow up. Technicians will show up at your door without any notice - a nightmare for those of us who WFH. And several of them when they do show up shared they hate working for LAPMG because they are so disorganized with everything.
They are extremely unresponsive. We've gone through 3 building managers with them, every single one was worse than the last. Our building managers (Claudia, Elisa) no joke take 30 days to respond to an email (that's even IF they do). No one

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
Every maintenance request I submit is taken care of not only in a timely manner, but by extremely kind and professional guys. I'm always pleasantly surprised with the degree of care, skill, timeliness, and friendly nature from the guys LAPMG sends over. And the online portal makes rent payments and maintenance requests super easy.

I've been living at one of their properties for 4 months now and any time i've needed maintenance i've used their tenant portal app, easily put in my request, choose a day and time that works for me and they've always responded within two hours! I feel confident that if any issues with my apartment arise they will be taken care of very quickly.

I am currently renting an apartment from LAPMG and have been very pleased with the property management. Our apartment has needed several services (air conditioner issues and pest control) and each time, the management has acted on the request within minutes. They have a portal for payments and requests that have made the process easy. I’m writing this review as part of a promotion they offered me, but I honestly was planning on writing a good review anyways. They are one of the better apartment managements that I’ve rented from so far.

We've been renting from LAPMG for 3 years now and they are ALWAYS on top of anything that needs repairing. Even when I have a concern that's not correct, they always send someone out to check out the issue. The repair people they hire always go above and beyond. Recently, we had a gate break and they repaired it within 2 days of the request. When we had a fuse blow, they had an electrician out within 12 hours. Very happy with their service and professionalism.
