If for some reason you do not have access to it please contact your property manager. While it is not preferred, Residents may also pay by check or certified funds to TMG Management at our main office at 2533 W. Fullerton Ave.

I reached out to Zuly about 2550 S Wabash Ave and she/he stated that they participated in the section 8 program. I paid $75 for an application fee for them to immediately deny me.
I was contacted from another rental company that advertised this same property and they told me that the property doesn’t accept section 8 at all! I don’t understand why people are that low to steal a measly $75 from someone but please beware of this Gideon and ZULY person they are scamming people!

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Zuly was extremely prompt and helpful when scheduling an apartment tour. She helped us see a unit we loved and put in an application the same day! She also followed up throughout the process to make sure we had everything we needed. I enjoyed working with her and TMG.

I've had the pleasure of working with Zuly and she is wonderful to work with!!
I had trouble looking for a cute and adorable 1bd apt and she was ON IT! The second I gave her my budget, she sent listings my way and I fell in love with one of them!! Let me tell you, Zuly went above and beyond to make sure I was able to secure the apt of my dreams! She even stayed later at the office for the approval and notified me right away!
The process was smooth as Zuly did the heavy lifting! She's super kind and generous -- could not have asked for a better experience! I'm so excited to move in!!

I've been living in a property managed by TMG for a month now. From touring the place with Briyana at The Apartment Source to moving in, it's been nothing but positive. Zuly and Sabrina answered any question my roommate and I had in order to make us as comfortable as possible with our apartment choice.
They, along with Chris, always handle issues ASAP. After renting through a horrendous management company, I was pretty skeptical. TMG was a COMPLETE 180. I couldn't have chosen a better company to rent from. They actually respect you as a tenant and ACTUALLY follow through on their part of the lease

I've been renting a one-bedroom from TMG for a year, but recently asked to move units to a higher floor for more sunlight. Zuly could not have been more accommodating. I got the unit I had dreamed of and Zuly made the process so easy. TMG also worked with me on move-in dates and made sure I had enough time to move my things over.
Additionally, maintenance and staff are attentive when needing something fixed. They are also communicative when something in the building is to be worked on.
I would and am renting again from TMG!

I worked with Zuly Ruvalcaba from TMG and had a really fantastic experience. She was very accommodating of all my needs and helped me locate apartments in my price range and in the area I was hoping to live. She even went the extra mile and met me at my current apartment to give me a ride to the spaces we would be viewing.I ended up finding the perfect apartment and made my deposit and signed my lease with TMG!

We have been renting from TMG for a year now, and just happily signed on for another year at our apartment. Whenever I have had to reach out for a question or issue, both Zuly and Sabrina in particular, have been extremely responsive and kind throughout our interactions. Maintenance is always professional and quick, and they are regularly here keeping our building in top shape - I've never seen a cleaner mail room/hallway! Overall, everyone seems easy to work with and I would recommend them over and over!

I love TMG and most of all I love Zuly. She is a WONDERFUL landlord. She has always addressed any concerns or issues that we have had in a prompt and polite manner. Also, TMG has been wonderful with communicating with us even through quarantine and COVID. Our laundry room flooded really bad from those 2 days of rain we had recently, and Zuly was so appreciative that I let her know about it when I saw it. The next morning we had maintenance guys in there drying it out and fixing it. Any other time the dryers have stopped working she makes sure to try and get details about what's happening with them

After contacting this company to assist me in my move from California to Chicago, Zuly was extremely helpful in facilitating the moving process. She showed me multiple apartments via zoom, and had no problem going in on her off days to walk me through the apartments. She is amazing, and I will be moving in within the next month. Had a very negative application experience for an apartment at 925 W Carmen Ave through a brokerage that works with TMG this spring.
First Problem:
Both brokers who showed the apartments to us had never been to the building before and couldn't answer many questions outside of what was included in the listing. They didn't know where basic amenities like the laundry room or fitness room were located or if they were even in the building at all. We had to wait for phone calls to the office and had to ask random residents to show us where things are which felt really unprofessional and

I have rented from TMG for 6 years now and I can say, Chris, the manager/landlord is the most available and accommodating I have ever had in my life. He is always polite and patient every time I call him, and I call a lot. He helped get me in touch with onsite maintenance when I was locked out, when the guy above me overfilled his tub, Chris was on it! Had a team there to remedy the issue. Until I buy someday, I will always trust chris and TMG to provide me with a safe, clean and comfortable home. Keep up the good work Chris! Tell your boss I said, you need a raise.

Lived in the Carmen property for about 2 years. I didn't really have any issues. I moved it right when it was renovated so everything was completely new. There were some things that were overlooked (like there outlets that were against a hole that was wider than the width of the outlet and etc.) that they were pretty responsive on when I put in a request.
Well maintained, no one threw wild parties as the building and the area mostly housed adult professionals more around the late 20s or older range. Some college students, but they mostly kept to themselves.

I lived in a TMG building for a year, and would NEVER rent with them again.
--While the units were beautiful, the building was not maintained well.
--We were shown a unit that needed some work because of previous tenants, and said they had to replace the kitchen island (which was literally 1/2 of the kitchen). Every time we asked, they claimed they were ordering it from Italy and needed 1-2 more months. We finally came to agreement and they provided a gurney-looking thing. But it worked temporarily. When we kept asking, they blamed the agent who showed the unit for saying we would ever get

Rented with TMG for the last year and I wouldn't recommend them.
*My apartment didn't have a shower curtain rod when I moved in. I literally had to buy one myself. TMG installed it even though they wouldn't provide one. So that's $40 I'll never get back.
*My apartment also had no blinds. Apparently all units in the building don't come with blinds (no curtain rods either), though I learned that later. The listing agent I worked with said they'd be installed before I moved in, and even wrote that as a condition of me taking the apartment on my application. But

This is by far the best property management company I have ever worked with. Every email I've sent, from the day I moved in until the day I moved out, was responded to within an hour. This includes maintenance, who came to complete my maintenance request the day I emailed them.
Chelsea Martin has been especially helpful throughout my lease- she's extremely responsive and flexible. After hearing landlord horror stories from fellow Chicagoans, I'm grateful that I found TMG and Chelsea.

We have had nothing but a great experience with TMG Management! We found our dream apartment in Bucktown and they were so helpful and professional throughout the entire application process and lease signing. All the information about the lease start date and expectations for the move was communicated clearly to the previous tenants, and we were able to pick up our keys quickly and easily the morning of our move. I was initially excited about living in a building owned by TMG Management. My fiancé and I loved the unit. Our excitement faded, however, when we realized that we had been given keys to our unit but the previous tenants had not turned in THEIR keys. We entered our unit only to find their furniture still in the unit. Then tenants walked in a few minutes later and were clearly unconcerned about the situation.
Unfortunately, we did not experience better things while living there. The carpet and walls of the communal areas were stained and gross. Bikes (not ours, thankfully) were stolen
