I am a past resident that moved out of the area 2 years ago. I love it when I lived there for 2 years! I recently came back for a tour with Sadia the leasing agent. Sadia was warm, welcoming and extremely professional! The property is lucky to have her! I can wait to call Bristol Village home again!

I have been here for 5 months. I will probably update this review as time goes on. There is good, bad, and in-between here. Not a bad location, which is nice. Most of the office people are nice and helpful. Maintenance could use a serious change of personnel all around as they rarely get to anything on time and are really put out by requests. On the good side, I find this to be a relatively peaceful place to live compared to some and haven't had as many problems (yet) as I have had at other places. I am not sure I would get an apartment here but the single level townhomes are fairly decent places

Horrible place to live. Don't waste your time. Management is unresponsive and impossible to get a hold of. There was a mistake in their payment portal so I didn't pay until they corrected it but once they corrected it they tried to charge me a late fee. Also our neighbor was threatening my family and pounding on the walls and ceiling and they refused to do anything about it. Management has changed many times and continues to be a joke. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Don't walk away... RUN!!!

Definitely would not recommend these townhomes to anyone. Since moving into my unit that I did not see until move in date, all was a bad experience. The unit I viewed, they said would match the unit I moved into, which it absolutely did not. Closet size / room space was very different, paint color, etc. Before even moving my things in on move in day, when I first saw the unit, I told the office the unit wasn’t the same as the one I viewed and I was told it would be. Dust was on my ceiling, mildew/mold on the balcony railing and the entire unit was clearly not adequately cleaned. Liquor Bottles

My boyfriend and I were looking at renting a townhouse and were wholly unimpressed with our experience. The townhouse that was shown was considered renovated and would cost us $1750/month. The employee explained that the unit shown would be similar to the one we would rent and was already prepared for the next tenant to move into it that afternoon. Prior to our tour, we were very excited and planned to sign a lease after our appointment.
Upon entering the unit, we noticed water damage on the ceiling and multiple cobwebs in the corners. Only the main living room had been vacuumed and the other

Bristol is pretty good. Can’t say much bad about it! We lived here for over 6months and can’t complain about much. The management is kind and caring. The residents are helping and friendly. Seems like a very strong sense of community. Location is great being next door to the hyland nature preserve. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone looking to move in the area.

Awful Customer Service & Scammy Practices: Save yourself a lot of time and hassle and document everything in writing/photos/phone records. If you do have an issue (with your unit, a question on billing or a policy, trouble with an online payment, etc.) you either can't get help (catching someone in the office by phone is hit or miss, and getting a call back is highly improbable) or you get different info from different office workers, leaving you wondering what the right answer is. If you do run with the wrong info, the team will deny they gave it to you and essentially call you a liar. Their communication

DO NOT be fooled by the cheap renovations. It's still an old building with old building problems they haven't fixed. The rent is high enough where you can just rent in a NEWER nicer building instead.
They do not clean the unit before you move in. My unit still had filth from previous renter. I've rented cheaper units that were much cleaner when I moved in.
Walls are paper thin. I can hear conversations from apartment next to me through the wall, which means they can hear me. Serious privacy and security issue here.
I caught shady maintenance guy on camera snooping around apartment instead of

It's been a week since I created a maintenance service request and still hasn't been completed. The dishwasher needed to be replace and when I was not home they left another dishwasher outside my door for a week. I have called couple of times and I always get the same answer that they gonna get back to me with any updates. But still waiting for it to be done. They really don't care about their residents. I can't wait to move out of here.

They have been doing construction through the duration of my stay. The new renovations are aesthetically pleasing but very cheaply made. Things have already broke in my apartment with minimal or no use. They don't inform you of when construction is occurring and where so there are randomly things are not no longer accessible to you for long periods of time with no warning or no time frame. For example, they were constructing the gym for two months with no known end date and when it was finally finished, they wouldn't give me a fob to enter it. I went to the leasing office at least

I've lived here a for a year and a half. Whenever I've turned in a maintenance request, it's been handled promptly. I did have a previous problem with a neighbor and her music but it has since stopped. I rarely hear my neighbors. I love the pool. The neighborhood feels safe to me when I walk at night. I love my view from my deck. The interior is outdated but updates are coming soon. There are many pet waste receptacles on the property, which is very helpful when walking my dog. I rarely see other pet waste on the grounds. Overall, we are happy to live here.

Horrible place won't even fix my A/C been asking them since last summer to fix it. They are trying to say it is not summer months yet and that another persons A/C has to go out in order to have a professional come and fix it excuse after excuse. It is so hot I can't even sleep I shouldn't have to pay rent in a place where they tell me what temp I should live in. The staff here are rude and snoop in your apartment without consent. Do not move in here worst place ever! Especially the manager Noah seltz!

Overall good experience. Office staff is responsive in a helpful and timely manner. Appliances are definitely older than we would have liked. And just random small issues from living in an apartment. Had issues with our tub twice, and water pressure is so-so. Washer/dryer is tiny. Enough for 2 people, but almost weekly wash. The office hours are 9-6, which are the exact hours of our jobs, so it's a little inconvenient at times. We get a lot of packages in mail, so we can never pick them up. That being said, when emailing staff, they're always willing to drop the packages to apartment that day,
