I was just in the hotel for one night with a great experience. Wonderful interior, spacious rooms, super friendly and professional staff. My room was next to the elevators and - totally unexpected - it was completely silent. So all in all wonderful; next time I hope I can also try the Spa and restaurants.

I have never experienced the level of service and friendliness as I have at The Charles in Munich. From the reception to the wait staff to room service and quality and cleanliness of the room were exceptional. I injured my ankle during my stay and the hotel staff helped me from getting a doctor to come over in a couple of hours, sending a taxi to get my medication and find me crutches to use during the stay. Each and every one of the staff went out of the way to make my remaining stay comfortable including sending macaroons with a handwritten get well done. Truly exceptional service and genuinely

Great place, great service, and fantastic staff! Many thanks to Karina Müller and reception staff who checked us in and made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. Everyone from the doorman to room service staff is personable as well as professional. Thanks also to Bas, Pascal, Tanja, Charlotte & Nadja for looking after us in the restaurant and being so accommodating (we have a small child). The staff really do make the difference at RF!

My wife and I stayed here for three days on a holiday. I’ve stayed at over a thousand hotels, many five star places, and the staff at the Rocco Forte provided perhaps the most attentive and personalized service I’ve ever experienced. From the little to big details. Our room had a Juliette balcony that overlooked the park. Lovely and quiet. Beautiful pool, sauna and steam room in the lower level. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to Munich.

This is the best hotel ever. First of all the Sophias buffet breakfast is AMAZING. They have fresh bread, fresh squeezed orange juice, crepes, pancakes, waffles, hot chocolate, fruit, yogurt, eggs, and more. The rooms are so nice and very family friendly. If you need an extra twin pull out bed the give you a real twin bed not a cot. The bathrooms have a bathtub with jets, Shower, toilet, sink and even heated floors. There is lots of closet space too. The staff are very helpful and kind, very good guest service. The hotel is in walking distance from the shops. All and all this hotel is the PLACE

We stayed her three nights during Oktoberfest and it was great. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. Very clean. There’s a restaurant on site that is really good. The rooms are spacious. Our room over looked the park right in fro t of the hotel. The location is great. Perfect for walking right to all the shops and market.

We were lucky enough to be able get married in this absolutely wonderful location!
Our wedding party started Friday evening in the Sophia´s bar, which is wonderful. A live Jazz Band currently plays on a Friday and Saturday evening and it´s fantastic. Sophia´s bar has great signature cocktails and a fantastic wine choice!
On Saturday our wedding took place in the stunning ballroom – the high ceilings with the beautiful chandeliers makes the room warm and beautiful.
One certainly expects a certain standard in a 5* Hotel and you will get it!!! There is something very magical and special about
