This hotel is fine. Most of the staff members are very friendly. But the room has very strong decoration odor even keep the window open for hours in cold Boston winter. Besides, the parking is very inconvenient. It may take a long time for your car to be delivered. And they left my car on the street for the entire night outside on the street. If you plan to drive and are sensitive to the smell, I recommend avoid this place.

Maybe the most compact little hotel I've ever stayed at. The lobby only has room for a couple of chairs but they do have small front desk area and someone who's there at all times, so at least it's not automated. And the staff were all pretty nice guys, especially my guy who looked like Zach de la Rocha. The night we got back the dude (not Zach) was not even pretending to wear a mask, but considering there were 4-5 cars in the valet lot and it was 11:30pm, we were probably the only person he saw that night.
I read somewhere that the rooms are "snug" and that's a good word for it. They're definitely

This is a very basic hotel. No frills and limited space. It’s perfect if you don’t plan on spending much time in your room. Very modern decor. The staff is friendly. The best things are that it’s right across the street from a train station, and there are lots of shops & cafes within walking distance. A great, more affordable Boston option if you’re willing to travel a little to most of the action.

Everything was very new, gym was cute and had everything we needed, lounge area was nice. The rooms are quite small but I guess that's standard in Boston. The location is great, you're literally outside the subway station. The bed sheets had some stains though and didn't seem as new as everything else. It also didn't feel like they vacuumed some parts of our room before check-in. Staff was very nice and made to double check house cleaning the next day.

Everything was just PERFECT and exactly what I was looking for! The price was very reasonable, the staff was very nice, and we were also able to check-in early. The room was very clean and the hotel itself is located right across from the "T" station, which makes it very accessible and convenient. There are also several coffee shops, stores, and malls a few blocks away, within walking distance. I definitely recommend this place and definitely will come back in the future! Thanks for the amazing experience.

Great stay, great stuffs and great location! The room was very good and comfy except it has noise issue (or at least the one we stayed in), not the road noise but the inside one! Could not fall asleep until 1 or 2am because of thumping/stomping sound from upstairs and rooms next to ours, could not complete the sleep because of overly talkative loud cleaning ladies on the hallway!
Also they could provide a mini fridge and a microwave for the food since they don't have the kitchen but I leave it as a recommendation for improvement. Other than that, this is the center point of pretty much everything

I highly recommend this hotel. It's is right across the street from Lesley University and Porter Square T Station, with restaurants, grocery stores, Target, CVS, and many other businesses.
When you walk through the door you will notice how attentive and helpful the staff is.
We always arrive early in the AM from the west coast and they do everything they can to get us into a room right away.
I am very impressed with this hotel and it will be my first choice each time I come to Boston!

Checked in this morning right on the other side of midnight. There was no availability anywhere in the city as it's college move in time and this city is really just one massive college campus. I had been looking for rooms that were NOT $800/night for several hours once I realized we would need a room (my daughters new place wasn't ready despite assurances from the owner).
When I first saw the room on Hotel Tonight for...get this...and I'm not lying...$221 for the night I thought it was an error as everything else available on Saturday was $500 and up. We couldn't even find
