If I could give -100000 stars, I would. To say the management doesn't care about their residents would be the biggest understatement of the century. There was a lot of things wrong, but the final straw for me was when maintenance had come into my home without my knowledge or consent because they had the wrong apartment. They had taken a joint piece from the pipes of my bathroom sink leaving a watery mess for me to come home to, and because of this I did not feel comfortable sleeping there that night and had to spend the night at a friend's. Because of this (and many other things) I wanted to leave

The worse ever place I lived at. they steal people's money. before moving in they show the good face and promises and soon as you get in they become different. bad management. they show you how much you pay and then you end up paying more than you expect. when you put the deposit dont expect to get it as they would find a million ways to take it. worse worse worse see somewhere else. from an honest person intending to help someone before they regret renting.

Our heater got repaired and was not even turning off. The entire apartment is getting heated and temperature was rising. We called them and asked for maintenance. They told some one will come next week as this is not an emergency request!!!! How irresponsible.. We even thought of calling 911 as the apartment heater was running 24x7 and room temperature is getting too high. However after a day we again called them and they told you can turn off the entire system by turning off the main electric switch board and explained us how to turn off the system. Again we were staying there for 3-4 days without

Skyler Ridge has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! The staff is attentive and is quick to respond if you have any issues. It is located in a great location; close to most anything you need. The property is clean and well kept. I would recommend anyone seeking a new place to call home to definitely visit Skyler Ridge Apartments!

Poor service and worst staff. Even do not provide proper information to person. I should give us negative star to this apartments. Please don't use this apartment there are worst and old apartment and if you call for the maintenance they will never come back to us and every time they have to find part for the product. I don't understand they have educated handy man or not. Even AC and heater not working proper. Thermostat of the apartment it's old when the construct the apartment probably 25 years old. Bathroom all equipment old leak and full of mold. Even management doesn't have idea to change
