Pinetop Apartments is a home to eleven 4-plex apartment buildings spaced among the beautiful pine trees of Colfax. It is located just east of Hwy 80 and minutes away from downtown Colfax. This complex recently has gone under a major renovation. It is professionally managed by Eugene Burger Management Corporation that provides onsite management.
Each building has either 4 or 5 units with most being 2 bedroom / 1 bath with the exception of two 3 bedroom / 2 bath apartment homes. Some units come with washers/dryers, but all have hook ups ready to go for your laundry needs. We also have dishwashers in select units as well. Pinetop Apartments pays for your water, sewer, and trash!

In order for us to process your application, please review and comply with the following information. Note: We do our best to process applications within 2 - 3 days of receipt. You can assist us in ensuring you provide all required documentation, print clearly and be sure to sign on all of the appropriate pages.
By moving into one of our homes, you accept responsibility for electric and gas utility accounts for the property. Please be sure to contact the power company to have the utilities put into your name. Also, do not forget to transfer your mail and internet service. Your Monthly rental amount is due on the 1st of each month.

BEWARE!!! They rope you in with the month to month rent, but you have to put up with the mice (due to the owner’s (Eric Stauss) demolishing the forest to build more apartments), the constant vibrating from the never ending construction, etc. BUT should your child ACCIDENTALLY break a window, you are served with a 30 day move out notice! We had the window fixed, but it’s supposedly a 0 tolerance. But heaven forbid they do anything about the mice running around everyone’s bottom apartments!
AND, beginning January 1, 2017, you will have to pay RENT for your PETS!
