I have lived here for a few years. I can honestly say the property manager Alma has such a big heart and goes above and beyond for her residents. I have personally been shown so much compassion and assistance from Alma. During these rough pandemic years she has assisted the residents with resources for rent, utilities and holidays. This apartment complex is great! It is a true community thanks to their manager Alma who always finds awesome local donors to help out her residents in need. Because of this, their is a long waiting list since the residents are happy here and there is not a big turn around. I myself waited for 4yrs before I was called and by then I no longer qualified for any of their housing programs. This is a community for low income housing, however, you would not know it is because management maintains the property and all residents are made accountable and are reminded to maintain their community. Such a great place to live. Management is on top of everything from the grounds to the service requests to the two parks and gym. Super friendly and easy to talk to. Alma is one of the best Apt. Managers I've ever had the opportunity to have as a landlord and Marin is awesome, super knowledgeable and on top of his work. Lived here two going on three years and it's been amazing.

We have enjoyed the quiet location and beautiful apartments. The manager is very friendly and helpful and has always been on top of all apartment needs. The maintenance man is skilled at his job and does all jobs in a timely manner. Today he stepped above and beyond his duties to help save a baby locked in the car. It's great to know that we can still depend on good people and neighbors.

I have lived in these apartments for almost 17 months and I am soooooo grateful. This small complex is a community of love, caring and giving. Its more than an apartment, its a home full of family. This year of 2020 was full of ups and downs. I lost my job due to Covid-19 in March. I am a single mom of two boys and I was HORRIFIED. I have never been unemployed and unable to provide for my family. There are many things that are wrong with this apartment complex so I will try and be as succinct as possible with out going on a rant. I will say I could not be payed enough money to move back. I lived in the complex three years with my children and the apartments themselves are not bad and are well kept. My main complaint is with the staff and the "policies" they hold. Unfortunately, I experienced what several other people have complained about from past comments I have read. Which is, if you don't belong to a certain community your concerns don't matter. I live here at these apartments and have for a few years now. I have to say that I enjoy being here. The staff I have met is very friendly, Marin in maintenance is always at works at smiles, Alma is very kind, she does so much for the kids throu out the year, the pool is always clean, the grounds are clean and they make sure your apartment is up to parr. I love living here. Anyo e that gave a bad review probably has not lived here and are trouble makers. There is really no problems here, that's another reason why I like it here. It's safe!

I live here and have lived here for 2 years, this place is amazing! I have lived in 3 different states and I really don't like apartments, but I love thus place! The management is very professional, she works hard and keeps this place up to its standards. She is easy to talk to, but she us strict when it comes to the rules. It's a very comfortable complex, its cozy and i love how they keep the place clean and expect you to do the same. The maintenance guy, he will come when you need him. It's been the best complex I have ever lived in, so if you're looking to rent here, get your name on the list

My family and I are very grateful for this great community. We haven't had any problems and have been here for three years. The Manager has always been super friendly, and kind. I have personally seen her go out of her way to make sure that the kids in our neighborhood are happy and have many opportunities at the clubhouse. Any complaint I've ever had has been handled in a very timely manner and been resolved to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Palm Terrace Apartments in Auburn CA. The schools nearby are wonderful. The grounds are always kept clean and it is a beautiful community

Yes they have amazing prices for the rentals. But what they fail to mention in any ads up on the web or on their personal website is that there is a 2-4 YEAR waiting list. My family and I are looking for a place since we are now homeless and got our hopes up when looking here for rentals after being told over the phone how long the waiting list is. Maybe someone should update things and be on top of making sure there is correct information for the public.Why have yourself listed on sites as able to rent from this location when your not accepting anyone new to move in?!

This place is a wonderful community! The Manager, Alma, is great. She is always doing events for the kids and telling people about certain up coming events happening. This is a safe, quiet, respectful environment. I live here with my daughter and the apartment is a cozy, great size, clean, and cute place. It's a good looking apartment complex. I always feel at home here. Marin is the maintenance guy and whenever I needed anything, Alma and him were always there to help and on top of it. I wouldn't want to rent from anyone else. They are good at what they do. I'm pleased to be a residence here.

I have lived in Palm Terrace Apartments for a little over 7 years now, Alma is an amazing manger and works hard to make this a great place to live. She was so helpful when I moved in, she made me feel right at home, best decision I made moving here from Southern Ca. If you need anything repaired in your unit it gets done asap, I recently had a toilet leak on a Sunday evening and she had our awesome maintenance, Marin here to fix it within 30 minutes. That's the kind of service you can expect. Beautiful place, spacious unit. 😁 Thanks Alma

I rate this apartment complex a 5 star. The community is quiet, clean, has two play grounds, a pool, a gym and a clubhouse. The manager Alma is very sweet, but strict by the rules. She will help if she can, but sticks to the policy. Maintenance is always working hard and will stop what he's doing to help if needed. I am very impressed how this complex is ran and kept up. Keep up the good work you guys!
