Dirty business practices. My apartment was in perfect condition yet they took my $500 deposit and charged an extra $175 on top of that claiming they had to do "deep cleaning"....even though the invoice that they sent as proof had someone else's apartment number on it. When I called about it, they said that it didn't matter what apartment number it had on it...because they said so.

I lived at Persimmon Terrace Apartments for 2 1/2 years. I was very pleased with the response I got from management whenever I needed anything! The maintenance was always on time and while I lived there, my apartment was upgraded with all new flooring, and countertops.
I would recommend it to anyone.
