The Overlook Apts

I lived here in the early 08 for 5yrs and it was ok. There are a lot of upgrades that could be done, like insulating the windows. I remember when I lived here back in 08,every winter you could feel the cold air pass through the windows, and the windows would rattled. The windows aren't insulated.
And the neighbors were noisy sometimes.
And the toilets would clog easily. But over all it is a ok place to live, I guess??

My husband and I had a great experience here! Jenee (management) was always kind and quick to solve any issues we had. The grounds are always well kept and the apartment was clean and stylish. It was a great family friendly environment.

I have lived at The Overlook Apartments for about a year and a 1/2 and I love it! Its a small complex- so everyone kinda knows everyone so it really feels like a Community. I have never experienced that before-It is pretty awesome and gives me a sense of security. These other reviews have me a little confused- All my neighbors are awesome and the Manager that I know here is super sweet and tries to work with us on amy issues we have had. As for the "vermin" the other people we talking about- I dont know why they just dont tell Management about the issue- because they have a pest control company
