Alex was great! Our new build home didn’t have any major issues, but he went above and beyond to help us feel reassured. He even explained the details of our water heater and found things we wouldn’t have saw/might have missed during our walk-through, such as ripped shingles and paint drips.

It was an absolute joy to work with Chris. He did two inspections for us and his attention to detail was unlike anything I've ever seen. My realtor has used Octopus Home Inspections many times before and now I see why. My future home is in Woodburn, but Chris and Alex arrived early, helped explain some things they found in layman terms, and provided a very comprehensive report with pictures. They were also able to do the radon testing and sewer scope, which often has to be done by other companies. They were very friendly, professional, and patiently responded to our questions. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again anytime.

Requested a home inspection and radon test from Octopus before purchasing a home, and can't recommend Chris enough! He is a self-described "house nerd," and that seems to be 100% true. Chris was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and even started/finished the inspection early (he asked if it was okay to come early, didn't just show up unannounced).
